Stanley Cup champions

Hi Swaggalicious! Thank you for adding "Stanley Cup champion" to the awards and honors sections of various Golden Knights. I have removed them, however, from Robin Lehner and Nolan Patrick, as neither played an NHL game (regular season or postseason) in 2022-23. Players must appear in 41 regular-season games or at least one Stanley Cup Final game to qualify as a Cup-winning player. — GhostRiver 15:05, 15 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Au contraire, you can still qualify as a Cup winner without necessarily having your name on it. Totally fine with that. I am in no way an expert when it comes to the NHL so that fact of required games to get their name on the cup to be called a championship winner is new to me. I don't know if there is any distinction for Nolan Patrick cause it has been said he will get the championship ring however may not have his name added to the cup. Anyways thanks for letting me know. i was looking on fox and they already had the playoff out. Now looking on the nfl website denver and tampa aren't confirmed yet so i removed them. vikings is a pass same as chiefs. Thanks for your explanation, but next time when you see you are being repeatedly reverted by other editors, please explain your edits right from the start instead of initially not entering a helpful edit summary, or merely leaving the default "Undid revision [#] by [Previous editor]" message when doing the undo function. That was the thing that got my attention in the first place, and I did prefer to error on that worst case scenario of possible vandalism by a compromised account. Thanks.
