I'm sorry but I'm new user, @StephenMacky1 mentioned consensus, also I saw how spelling in articles varies with US/UK spelling and BC/BCE. AIienlong (talk) 20:31, 1 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hello and welcome. The article in question uses Oxford spelling. Changing era style and spelling style in an article require consensus per MOS:ERA and MOS:ENGVAR. To try to reach a consensus, you can start a thread on the article's talk page and see what other editors think about it. Since you are a new editor, my advice to you is to familiarize yourself with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines before making bold changes. StephenMacky1 (talk) 20:42, 1 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Okay, Thanks. AIienlong (talk) 21:09, 1 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Hi I wanted to ask for a help with the page of Pierre Vernimmen, as of how I can upload photo not in my name but with the permission of the author. AIienlong (talk) 20:04, 3 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
You can follow the steps at WP:COPYREQ and WP:UPI. I will be honest with you. I do not have much experience uploading photographs but I am sure that you can find plenty of more experienced people when it comes to it. You can ask at Teahouse too. Bulgarophiles, Grecomans, Macedonists, Slavo-Macedonians, Serbomans, pro-Bulgarians, Rumanophiles, etc.

Hi StephenMacky1, as you know these designations are only euphemisms, popular in the neighbouring Balkan countries, designed to illustrate nationalist POV, concealing to neglect the national identification of a separate individuals, or a group of people with an identity that differs from the official political and historical narratives. Thank you for understanding. Jingiby (talk) 12:52, 5 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

I was only sticking to the source. It is not an issue to label her as Slavo-Macedonian either, since other sources also label her as such. The term has been used in other articles as well. StephenMacky1 (talk) 12:56, 5 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
This is precisely why I added the "See also" section to the article about Mirka Ginova, so that ordinary readers can understand this confusing situation with the identities of the Slavic-speaking population in Northern Greece.Jingiby (talk) 12:58, 5 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
The link appears to be more suitable for the first sentence though. StephenMacky1 (talk) 13:03, 5 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
I have resolved the issue, didn't I ? Jingiby (talk) 13:07, 5 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Yes. All good now. Thank you. StephenMacky1 (talk) 13:09, 5 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
