- Hello and welcome. The article in question uses Oxford spelling. Changing era style and spelling style in an article require consensus per MOS:ERA and MOS:ENGVAR. To try to reach a consensus, you can start a thread on the article's talk page and see what other editors think about it. - You can follow the steps at WP:COPYREQ and WP:UPI. I will be honest with you. I do not have much experience uploading photographs but I am sure that you can find plenty of more experienced people when it comes to it. You can ask at Teahouse too. Hi StephenMacky1, as you know these designations are only euphemisms, popular in the neighbouring Balkan countries, designed to illustrate nationalist POV, concealing to neglect the national identification of a separate individuals, or a group of people with an identity that differs from the official political and historical narratives.
