Edits to The Last Mile (Prison Rehabilitation)I work at TLM and I am updating our wikipedia. Unfortunately, you cannot paste in Wiki, so I have to write everything from a doc that our staff and leadership worked on. I cannot type the entire thing and so I am saving it periodically and adding paragraphs each day.
