Disambiguation link notification for September 16Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited List of New York Institute of Technology faculty and staff, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Robert McDermott and Robert Thornton (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject. It seems that you removed some well sourced information (the bbc, no less) on the basis of personal experience. While I appreciate that you have experience of indian culture, please do *not* remove well sourced information on just because you think it is incorrect. If you can find a source that says it is incorrect, by all means add it, but removing information like that is tantamount to vandalism, which could lead to an account block. Hello, Spoutgale. I wanted to let you know that I’m proposing an article that you started, List of New York Institute of Technology faculty and staff, for deletion because I don't think it meets our criteria for inclusion. If you don't want the article deleted:
Also, be sure to explain why you think the article should be kept in your edit summary or on the article's talk page. If you don't do so, it may be deleted later anyway. You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Fauzan✆ talk ✉ email 14:19, 12 October 2013 (UTC) |
