Semi Protect

@Srinu523: Answering in lieu of Spaceman who is not active at the momet: Only admins can semi-protect a page. If you want a page to be semi-protected, you can post a request at WP:RPP, or for a quicker/less bureaucratic process, leave a message at (say) User_talk:Titodutta.
