Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed! Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by DGG was:
An encyclopedia article is not a CV. Make sure the article contains the full sequence of degrees and positions, with dates; a complete list ofany books published, with year, date, publisher, ISBN (referenced to WorldCat), and links to published reviews of them; and, (in the sciences) the 5 most cited peer-reviewed articles, given in full with coauthors, full name of journals, and links, with the number of citations to each of them; any national level awards--(not junior awards or awards from their own university) Add major outside positions, such as president of major national organizations, and any positions of editor-in-chief ; Membership or minor offices in most societies, and service on editorial boards, do not count for much & are better omitted. Very sparse articles attract skepticism. as do those using vague claims and superlatives, or those that list all possible internal and external committes.

Useless references
At the draft for DA Hood, refs 1, 2, 7-38 are all to journal articles with him as an author. Reduce to at most five. What he has written contributes nothing to establishing notability, and does not belong in an encyclopedia. What is required is what people have written ABOUT him. Given endowed chair, etc., it is likely he qualifies as notable, but you have to remove all the clutter. As an experienced editor provided as a Comment, articles are not CVs.

The papers or books published by the subject can't be used as reliable source. Most of the sources are closely affiliated with the subject. It need some independent reliable sources (such as news, journal, national portal etc.) to demonstrate notability. A good article is supported by a few great sources. Please refer to WP:BOMBARDMENT for future reference.
