Users with alternate accounts may only vote once. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. John ParrottHi Rodney, hope you are well and having a great holiday. I've been doing a bit of work on John Parrott (eventually I'd like all of our World Champions to be GA status), but I haven't written an article from basically scratch for a while. Could I ask you to give me a hand with some of the formatting of the refs and maybe a cleanup of my prose when you have a few minutes (no rush, can happen whenever). I'm still working on the end of his career, but I've put some things together earlier in his career which I know can be written better.
