Deb (talk) 22:42, 2 January 2020 (UTC) Days of the Year articlesYes. All Days of the Year entries now have to be accompanied by a citation from a reliable source to back up the date. This is because so many of them were found to be wrong. The new rule was introduced about 18 months ago and it will take a long time to get the existing entries sorted out, but no new ones are allowed unless they comply. That'll be why yours was removed. Deb (talk) 22:42, 2 January 2020 (UTC) Recent deathsI see that you added an entry without an article. Please write a well-sourced article soon, or it will not stay. Red links are only acceptable if the subject has an article which may be in a different language. Your implication that we differentiate American and English is wrong and not helpful. An American without article would be deleted from the list as well. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 20:46, 24 April 2020 (UTC)
