I see the reason the draft was declined is because "No changes/improvements since last submission." That is completely erroneous. The draft has changed, been updated, and improved significantly since it was last submitted well over three years ago, including references to well-known, independent publications discussing the subject. Please look another look at the previous submission versus the most recent one and you'll see the changes I am highlighting and verify the draft should be ready to be approved for publication. Hello, I gave that as the reason because you copied an (old) revision of the page instead of requesting un-deletion. Because of this no page history is available and with the old decline above it appeared to me that no changes had been made, which would be a valid reason for declination. This leads to me not able to see if your draft has improved. However since I can't say my decline reason is correct I will revert it. This means your page will be resubmitted for review, to keep things fair I will not review it again and leave it up to another user to review it. Thanks so much for taking the time to review and provide me with feedback on my first submission. I'd like to become a regular contributor and this has been a great entry point. I chose this subject because its just a large impacter in the community where I've grown up and since like WWII. It's a shame they haven't garnered more national coverage but there's a ton of stuff out there. I added several new references showing significant coverage from reliable secondary, independent publications. I didn't want to hit resubmit though because it said that might trigger an article deletion if I hadn't followed your feedback properly. Hello, thank you for reaching out! It seems you are heading the right way with the article, actively trying to improve it. You can ask others for help anytime you want. I don't think anyone would tag the page for deletion if you would re-submit it; that part is more for spam/advertisement, however it might be an idea to keep working on the page for sometime, there should be no rush to create an article, better take another few days than get declined again. Just make sure that the references you add are reliable according to WP:RS. I'll review the changes you made and help you a little on the page. There should be some work done on why the agency is notable, what they do and their history, just a general expansion seems to be in order. However we do not want to write something like an advertisement of course, per WP:NPOV. When you feel ready you can submit it again, and another user will review it. FR30799386's User Scripts
Dear all. Recently, FR30799386 (talk) was blocked for sock puppetry. Among their projects were a number of user scripts that they left behind. I (DannyS712) have copied the scripts, and have taken over maintaining them. You currently import one or more of FR30799386's scripts, and I thought that you might want to import a maintained version. Links to each script are provided below.
As posted in the edit summary, please see the discussion on Talk:Momoland. With this I am referring to the first comment (and further explanation) provided by User:Snowflake91 who in my opinion adequately explained why they should not be included in this article. As can be seen in the edit summary of the page it was decided to remove the section until the content could be verified as notable enough to be included on the page, however per the discussion so far I do not see this happening.
Of course I recommend to read the whole section on the talk page and if you do not agree after that I suggest joining the discussion on the talk page and providing your insight on the matter. I would like to state that I am not "taking down" or wrongfully deleting anything in my opinion, I reverted the page to the last point where consensus was reached. Hi there! I am reading a book by Barry Clifford. The lost fleet. It's about the beginning of the pirate era around 1670-1690s in the Carribean. Hello, my knowledge of this kind of history is not particular strong, the names do match but to my knowledge Michiel de Ruyter was not a pirate, certainly not around the time period you provided and in that time he was Lieutenant-admiral general of the dutch navy, the highest rank. He died on 29 April 1676 so that only falls in the early part of the era when he for sure was not a pirate. He might have been a privateer in his early days but this was only in the European region before 1640. He did go to the Caribbean (Martinique) in 1674 but this was for a war. Did this author specifically mention him to be a pirate? it might have also been a play of words from the opposing side; the enemy might have called him a pirate, but even hostile forces considered him a respected admiral/opponent. Niharika Kohli, a product manager for the growth team, announced that work is underway in implementing improvements to New Page Patrol as part of the 2019 Community Wishlist and suggests all who are interested watch the project page on meta. Two requested improvements have already been completed. These are:
Allow filtering by no citations in page curation
Not having CSD and PRODs automatically marked as reviewed, reflecting current consensus among reviewers and current Twinkle functionality.
Reliable Sources for NPP
Rosguill has been compiling a list of reliable sources across countries and industries that can be used by new page patrollers to help judge whether an article topic is notable or not. At this point further discussion is needed about if and how this list should be used. Please consider joining the discussion about how this potentially valuable resource should be developed and used.

Hello, try to rewrite the article with a Wikipedia:Neutral point of view. The current problem is it contains a lot of Words that introduce a bias causing the article to have a promotional styling. In example inviting you to come there or something along the lines of "look at the awesome things you can do here" should be avoided.
Thanks for improving your draft! It seems however you have some empty sections on there so I feel like I cannon't approve it right now. @Phil Bridger: While in general I can see what you intend to convey to me I feel I do need to point out that I disagree on one part, that is that this user is not a newcomer. This user has clearly been advised on the policy before (also as and on User talk:Nikhil1817) and should be able to understand policy, while I always try to assume good faith, in this case I do not feel like I was too harsh. I have no problem with waiting to tag pages in the future, that advise (and policy) is noted, and must confess that CSD:A3 should have been used instead of A1 however the policy states "the first few minutes", it took about 45 minutes in this case before any actual content was on the page making me feel like my 2nd deletion tag was not bad per se. The sequence of warnings is related to the deletion of CSD templates, which clearly state "do not remove this notice from pages that you have created yourself" and can be seen as such on the talk page, to me it seemed that after my first and second warning the editor was ignoring me. Even though according to you I was wrong in my tagging the user should not have removed them themselves. I feel like the message you posted above does not specifically fit this situation, though I can understand and accept that I was too quick on this the first time. On the point of notability I looked at what sourcing was on the page at the time, I do not feel obligated to do sourcing for others when their talkpage has 2 years worth of information on sourcing and how to write articles, just as you say I did not pay attention to something on my talk page this user did exactly the same. I have no problem helping people on Wikipedia if and when they ask for help, but trying to patrol new pages and drafts (which have a large backlog) in my time does not leave space for adding references to all.
Anyways I do not mean any negativity towards you with the text above (apologies if it reads like it) because I think part of my edits were certainly valid. I do actually appreciate the work you do, in this case for this page but also for others after taking a look at your contributions. Speedy deletion tag
First of all thank you for letting me know about my inaccuracy in the user page. But, by mistake, while editing in the respective page, I did delete it the Speedy deletion tag. How can I undo that?

If you yourself remove all the content from a page in your own userspace (blanking) it is no problem that you delete the speedy deletion tag. You can leave the page either empty, put other content confirming to policy and rules on the page or request a deletion. You can request deletion by putting only {{Db-u1}} on the page, or I can request deletion for you. Whichever you prefer. More new features are being added to the feed, including the important red alert for previously deleted pages. This will only work if it is selected in your filters. Best is to 'select all'. Do take a moment to check out all the new features if you have not already done so. If anything is not working as it should, please let us know at NPR. There is now also a live queue of AfC submissions in the New Pages Feed. Feel free to review AfCs, but bear in mind that NPP is an official process and policy and is more important.
QUALITY of REVIEWING
Articles are still not always being checked thoroughly enough. If you are not sure what to do, leave the article for a more experienced reviewer. Please be on the alert for any incongruities in patrolling and help your colleagues where possible; report patrollers and autopatrolled article creators who are ostensibly undeclared paid editors.
The displayed ORES alerts offer a greater 'at-a-glance' overview, but the new challenges in detecting unwanted new content and sub-standard reviewing do not necessarily make patrolling any easier, nevertheless the work may have a renewed interest factor of a different kind. A vibrant community of reviewers is always ready to help at NPR.
Backlog
The backlog is still far too high at between 7,000 and 8,000. Of around 700 user rights holders, 80% of the reviewing is being done by just TWO users. In the light of more and more subtle advertising and undeclared paid editing, New Page Reviewing is becoming more critical than ever.
Move to draft
NPR is triage, it is not a clean up clinic. This move feature is not limited to bios so you may have to slightly re-edit the text in the template before you save the move. Anything that is not fit for mainspace but which might have some promise can be draftified - particularly very poor English and machine and other low quality translations.
Notifying users
Remember to use the message feature if you are just tagging an article for maintenance rather than deletion. Otherwise articles are likely to remain perma-tagged. Many creators are SPA and have no intention of returning to Wikipedia. Use the feature too for leaving a friendly note note for the author of a first article you found well made or interesting. Many have told us they find such comments particularly welcoming and encouraging.
PERM
Admins are now taking advantage of the new time-limited user rights feature. If you have recently been accorded NPR, do check your user rights to see if this affects you. Depending on your user account preferences, you may receive automated notifications of your rights changes. Requests for permissions are not mini-RfAs. Helpful comments are welcome if absolutely necessary, but the bot does a lot of the work and the final decision is reserved for admins who do thorough research anyway.

The mobile visual editor is a simpler editing tool, for smartphones and tablets using the mobile site. The Editing team has recently launched two new features to improve the mobile visual editor:
The purpose is to help contributors focus on their edits.
The team studied this with an A/B test. This test showed that contributors who could use section editing were 1% more likely to publish the edits they started than people with only full-page editing.
The purpose is to smooth the transition between reading and editing.
Section editing and the new loading overlay are now available to everyone using the mobile visual editor.

We cannot accept album tracklist photo as a source because they are copyrighted and cannot be used as proper verification. While a article from naver is fine for sourcing I see that for Summer Nights Sana is mentioned only as a co writer for "Shot Thru the Heart" which does not seem notable enough to include it by itself on Wikipedia. Songwriting sections are general used for people who's main profession is writing songs or for artist that write and perform their own solo songs. We do not have to include every single thing that exists about a person on Wikipedia, and for this the information is already included at Summer Nights (Twice album). Queen Bilqis Airways
Hi there. Thanks for your input on the Queen Bilqis Airways page. I tried searching for more information, specifically about fleet and what type of aircraft they have but it's been near to impossible to find them in English and even when I tried searching in Arabic, I was at a loss. I know people that have flown on it and can tell me what type it is but it's not credible enough IMHO so I left it blank.

I just read your message saying that you tagged User:AimiaInc for deletion because it seems to be promotional, rather than an encyclopedia article. Actually, I am quite a beginner on Wikipedia and I would like to know what are the best practices to:

Generally Wikipedia is not a place for a company profile, but you may WP:DISCLOSE your affiliation on your userpage and I would suggest to do so even though your username might make that clear already. Judging from your message I think you have already read Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations but if not please do so. I think we should first get your username changed since it currently is against policy and might result in a block. Per WP:CORPNAME Usernames that unambiguously represent the name of a company, group, institution or product are not permitted and Aimiainc violates that. However per WP:ISU, usernames are acceptable if they contain a company or group name but are clearly intended to denote an individual person, such as "Mark at WidgetsUSA", "Jack Smith at the XY Foundation", "WidgetFan87", etc. You can read information on that at Wikipedia:Changing username. Could you please do these things first and then post a message again? I'll help you with your request then. If you have any trouble with things in the message above feel free to also ask. Thanks for changing your username, of course I can help you make changes as long as we follow the policies mentioned above or I can answer possible questions you might have. You could also post a question at Wikipedia:Teahouse which is a place that helps new editors, and quite possibly gives you faster answers than I do, due to that sometimes I might be busy during the week with work. If you want to propose changes on a talk page go to the article you want to propose a change for, press talk (you can find this above the title of the page) which will take you to the corresponding talk page of the article. There press "new section" and make your request. I see you are intending to update information relating to a company which of course is good to do, but please be sure to provide a reliable source because information should be able to be verified. Old information does not have to be deleted perse, things can be changed to the past tense, which might be useful to keep if it has a reference already. Please also note that not everything that a company has done has to be included, please focus on main news/noteworthy points. Can you confirm you have read the guidelines relating to a conflict of interest and the FAQ for organizations above? Also above you requested to set up a company profile, which I told you was not allowed, however we can and should at least create a userpage disclosing your COI/affiliation. I can do this for you but I will need to know if you are either wanting to improve the page out of your own interest while working for the company for free or if you have or will receive any payments for these edits made or the time it takes, no specifics required of course. Then we are fully complete and ready to go!
My apologies for all the hard work I'm giving you already before we even have made substantial edits but I hope you don't mind. The better we follow the policies the easier the work is and the more helpful editors will be. If you have questions about editing I suggest asking at Wikipedia:Teahouse, and if you want to propose changes to Aimia (company) you should post them on the talk page there if you feel the need to do so. Here is the 7th issue of the Bots Newsletter, a lot happened since last year's newsletter! You can subscribe/unsubscribe from future newsletters by adding/removing your name from this list.
BAG members are expected to be active on Wikipedia to have their finger on the pulse of the community. After two years without any bot-related activity (such as posting on bot-related pages, posting on a bot's talk page, or operating a bot), BAG members will be retired from BAG following a one-week notice. Retired members can re-apply for BAG membership as normal if they wish to rejoin the BAG.
We thank former members for their service and wish Madman a happy retirement. We note that Madman and BU Rob13 were not inactive and could resume their BAG positions if they so wished, should their retirements happens to be temporary.
Activity requirements: BAG members now have an activity requirement. The requirements are very light, one only needs to be involved in a bot-related area at some point within the last two years. For purpose of meeting these requirements, discussing a bot-related matter anywhere on Wikipedia counts, as does operating a bot (RFC).
Copyvio flag: Bot accounts may be additionally marked by a bureaucrat upon BAG request as being in the "copyviobot" user group on Wikipedia. This flag allows using the API to add metadata to edits for use in the New pages feed (discussion). There is currently 1 bot using this functionality.
Mass creation: The restriction on mass-creation (semi-automated or automated) was extended from articles, to all content-pages. There are subtleties, but content here broadly means whatever a reader could land on when browsing the mainspace in normal circumstances (e.g. Mainspace, Books, most Categories, Portals, ...). There is also a warning that WP:MEATBOT still applies in other areas (e.g. Redirects, Wikipedia namespace, Help, maintenance categories, ...) not explicitely covered by WP:MASSCREATION.
Instead of reaching a magic 300 as it once did last year, the backlog approaching 6,000 is still far too high. An effort is also needed to ensure that older unsuitable older pages at the back of the queue do not get automatically indexed for Google.

A proposal is taking place here to confirm a nominated user as Coordinator of NPR.
This month's refresher course
Why I Hate Speedy Deleters, a 2008 essay by long since retired Ballonman, is still as valid today. Those of us who patrol large numbers of new pages can be forgiven for making the occasional mistake while others can learn from their 'beginner' errors. Worth reading.
Deletion tags
Do bear in mind that articles in the feed showing the trash can icon (you will need to have 'Nominated for deletion' enabled for this in your filters) may have been tagged by inexperienced or non NPR rights holders using Twinkle. They require your further verification.
Paid editing
Please be sure to look for the tell-tale signs of undisclosed paid editing. Contact the creator if appropriate, and submit the issue to WP:COIN if necessary. WMF policy requires paid editors to connect to their adverts.
Subject-specific notability guidelines' (SNG). Alternatives to deletion
Reviewers are requested to familiarise themselves once more with notability guidelines for organisations and companies.
Blank-and-Redirect is a solution anchored in policy. Please consider this alternative before PRODing or CSD. Note however, that users will often revert or usurp redirects to re-create deleted articles. Do regularly patrol the redirects in the feed.
Not English
A common issue: Pages not in English or poor, unattributed machine translations should not reside in main space even if they are stubs. Please ensure you are familiar with WP:NPPNE. Check in Google for the language and content, and if they do have potential, tag as required, then move to draft. Modify the text of the template as appropriate before sending it.
Tools
Regular reviewers will appreciate the most recent enhancements to the New Pages Feed and features in the Curation tool, and there are still more to come. Due to the wealth of information now displayed by ORES, reviewers are strongly encouraged to use the system now rather than Twinkle; it will also correctly populate the logs.
Stub sorting, by SD0001: A new script is available for adding/removing stub tags. See User:SD0001/StubSorter.js, It features a simple HotCat-style dynamic search field. Many of the reviewers who are using it are finding it an improvement upon other available tools.
Assessment: The script at User:Evad37/rater makes the addition of Wikiproject templates extremely easy. New page creators rarely do this. Reviewers are not obliged to make these edits but they only take a few seconds. They can use the Curation message system to let the creator know what they have done.
