Emoji redirects

I don't think we need a redirect for every combination of emoji symbols you can think of. If you plan to create dozens of these, you should consider raising a discussion at the village pump. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 16:15, 16 February 2019 (UTC)

@NinjaRobotPirate: As I see it, certain emoji combinations (including skin tones, genders) have been created as redirects on Wikipedia (see e.g. 💂🏽‍♀️, 👷🏽, 👮🏽‍♂️), although I realise that not all available combinations have been incorporated so far. Clearly the world pronounces usurpation wrong

...well, I say so at least.

I had to go look this up, because your response didn't make much sense to me - my pronunciation has "usurpation" starting more like an "uh-surpation", so comparing it to university made me very confused! A look elsewhere shows about 80-85% of the legitimate sources jumping your way, so I'll concede that is the official manner.

Re: TC warnings

The Tropical Cyclone Bulletins for TCWC Wellington can be found here [1] (hasn't been updated since the final advisory on Pola), which can also be found on the talk page of the seasonal article. As for Tropical Depression 11, in the South-West Indian Ocean, you should ask User:Meow. She has more experience locating advisories than I do for that basin. What I do know, was that Pola was active until March 2, and TD 11 was definitely active on March 5. Currently, TD 11 is still an active "overland depression", according to RSMC La Reunion (though this is probably not on the main MRF TC page). LightandDark2000 🌀 (talk) 02:06, 7 March 2019 (UTC)

My apologies

Hello Ravenpuff,

I tagged a ton of your unicode redirects with speedy deletions. I then realized that my computer does not process those unicodes correctly and displays them as a jumbled mess of random symbols. I have rollbacked all of my deletions and I apologize for any inconvenience.

Update: All changes have been reverted by myself. I apologize again and feel free to post a fish on my talk page.

Pell = Emeritus or not

Hi there. Thanks for edit to George Pell. I sourced the information from [2] where it states that his current title is Prefect Emeritus of the Secretariat for the Economy. Hence, Catholic Hierarchy is a highly reliable source. It's not a big issue. However, we do need to reinsert the date of when he became cardinal and Cardinal priest of Santa Maria Domenica Mazzarello, that you removed in the same edit.
