strange things at redirect

Hello, can you help me understand why two vesrions exists of this page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yashar_Aliyev and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ya%C5%9Far_Aliyev

Can you help me actually to install a new version of the page (this is new version with latest edit http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Ya%C5%9Far_Aliyev&oldid=458298152 ) but it is not reflected on Yashar_Aliyev . I have discussed this with User:VictorianMutant, the user who warned me (which has since been undone and I will do the same for you). I'll fill you in. I have poor vision and my eyes sometimes cross, so that wreaks havoc on my ability to read things side-by-side (which I must do to notice differences in STiki) and because of that, I must have mixed up the past edit and the (then) current edit.
