Semi-protection

Beautiful designs

Your webpage designs are awesome. As are all your extras (smiles and such). I read on your user page that you are not taking requests for user pages. However, it didn't say you weren't taking requests for other things. ;) Here's the thing—and if you don't have time or don't feel like it, I understand—my header is a mess. Looks terrible. I tried coding it to look right (I used the code from the smile poem you sent me (giving credit to you at the bottom, of course), but I couldn't get the header to look right. So that's my request. Hi Sharon. I noticed you used bgcolor="darkorange" in your current sandbox where you would be better served using an RGB color... some browsers may-well give you a color — mine did — but some may not and they may give different colors. Hi Sharon:

Not sure why this was protected--but then again, I have no issue with someone ranting on their own talk page...but it prevents the user from communicating with anyone about how to get unblocked or why they were blocked. Given that this directly relates to the subject of a biography of a living person--I think it's important that they understand our policies *before* they assist. I'm sending them an email with this in mind. Can I suggest you amend the page protection to something substantially shorter than indefinite, so they can determine how to become unblocked? Sorry to Bother...

Hey, Phaedriel! You should've seen it coming, but here's another request for userpage redesign! :-) While I'm not too picky about colors (perhaps some neutral tones, I might tinker with the colors later), I would like a separate column for userboxes (like you have for the picture of yourself) on the side, a section to the left of that where I could put info or anything I had the need to put, and the WikiAd being on top of everything, but that should be inside the design, if you know what I mean. No, no, the one who's fast is Alison; I remember that after she became an administrator, other admins edit-conflicted with her there. :) As for my protection time, I normally do a month in cases like that, but if that's considered too long a time for incidents like that page, I'll give out shorter protections in future.
