Caption.Hey, you! I have a request: given your infinite resources of PD stuff, and my non-existent resource, do you feel as if you could, please, caption my Picture of the now? Thanks, Will (We're flying the flag all over the world) 00:49, 17 May 2007 (UTC)
Most sincere gratitudeHello Phaedriel! I was very surprised and happy when I saw your kind gesture. I feel both honored and humbled to be chosen one of your "Today's Wikipedians". The poem you chose was incredibly accurate. I wish I could be Fernando Pessoa to thank you with poetic gratitude... Since I'm not, I searched through the Lusíadas for a nice poem. I hope you like it. :-) Kindest regards, Húsönd 01:21, 17 May 2007 (UTC)
Rough Translation: It was difficult to judge,
Best vandalism warning everI just stopped to warn an editor for first-level vandalism when I saw you had left a cute poem and a pink template box with a funny AGF warning. I'm sort of jealous. I don't want to vandalize, and I know I could just copy the source code, but somehow it would mean something to me to receive a mock vandalism warning on User:YechielMan/Other stuff. Thank you! YechielMan 03:37, 17 May 2007 (UTC) ThanksYeah that picture of Napoli on my talk page is 1045px. The reason is because I tried to reduce it to 800px but it messes up the whole format. It shows a unwanted white border around the picture. I don't know what I am doing wrong. So I enlarge the picture to make it better. If you want to know what I am talking about try reducing the picture to 800px and you will see that unwanted border. Just preview it. But don't save the changes. Just see for yourself. Do you have a suggesstion Phaedriel? King Lopez Contribs 09:49, 17 May 2007 (UTC) BarnstarI hereby award you for being kind to others and not being rude this:
Dear SharonDear Sharon, your warning templates inspired me to make two of my own when I revert vandalism, which i created using code from my userpage: Well hello, Phaedriel/Archive 33. It seems that your latest contributions constitute vandalism of Wikipedia. I just wanted to let you know that we do not like it when you vandalize pages here. Would you like it if I came up with a magic marker and scribbled all over a report you worked so hard on? Well, when you vandalize Wikipedia, that is pretty much what you are doing. Don't take this personally or as a threat, but as a warning that you are violating Wikipedia's rules. Sure, you may be tempted, or think you will get a laugh, but all you are really doing is just creating pain for the millions of people who are using Wikipedia as a reference, and making the jobs of editors like myself that much harder. I hope that you understand where I am coming from and make serious contributions from now on. Karrmann
And when they are using a school computer: Well hello. It seems that you are a student who is using Wikipedia as a reference or as a part of your learning regime. Well, it seems that you are also vandalizing pages as well, judging from an edit that I reverted that constutes vandalism. I just wanted to let you know that if you continue to vandalize pages through a computer at your school, this account will get blocked for 6 months, and that means that NOBODY at your school will be able to edit Wikipedia, no matter what computer they are using. BUT THATS NOT ALL! We will also be able to identify what school you are from, and will email the school's administrator about the abuse coming from that computer, and thanks to the computer's proxie's tracking devices, they will be able to identify you as the person vandalizing Wikipedia, along with anyone else vandalizing Wikipedia at your school, and you will be in a lot of trouble. Yeah, it isn't so funny anymore, is it? So, on that note, please stop vandalizing Wikipedia, and only make good contributions from now on, ok? Karrmann

"How come..."Hi Phaedriel! 1. What a nice thing to say! I think the friendliness is due, in part, to having such a tiny, tiny WikiProject, where you know absolutely everyone you're writing collaboratively with. The same six or eight people are working on a huge project, a thousand articles, and I'm always in awe at all the talent people volunteer. Plus, it just doesn't pay to be mean. What's the point? It's about building a great encyclopedia, and that can't be done with bitter, hurt feelings. 2. Your baby is absolutely adorable. Yeah, that's all I have to say. Best wishes and happy editing, Firsfron of Ronchester 04:28, 17 May 2007 (UTC)
Fairy dustHi Sharon! Why, that would be most wonderful; I'd be grateful. (My page layout skills are not the best ... and indeed, my user page still says "2004" all over it.) If and when you have time and inclination, of course: since you have an infant, and these small and infinitely precious beings give us a sense of life's real priorties, Wikipedia must necessarily be "when I have a moment..." Love, Antandrus (talk) 14:45, 17 May 2007 (UTC) Thank you so very muchThank you so very much for the starry gift. It made my day. Sincerely, G.A.S 15:03, 17 May 2007 (UTC) where did the Pessoa quote come from?Hi Sharon, I love that quote you used for Husond's day. Where did it come from? I'd like to read more of that... in English translation, unfortunately I don't speak Portuguese. I wish I did. --Kyoko 15:57, 17 May 2007 (UTC)
You rang? :)What's up? – Riana ⁂ 15:58, 17 May 2007 (UTC)
My dayHi again Phaedriel. Thank you for your reply, I am glad to know that you appreciated the poem that much. :-) I was mildly surprised to discover that you have appreaciate the Lusiads. I can't recall the last time I've heard someone from outside Portugal say they even knew what the Lusiads were. Here everybody has to read them (at least partially) at school. Not an easy reading (lots of ancient/uncommon words), but still a very pleasing one. :-) Since today's my day, I've decided to tell you how it went. I woke up at half past noon, which is actually a bit early for my standards. I took the train to central Lisbon and went to my faculty to meet my friends. We don't have classes this week, so we just sat at the bar and played Hearts. I unexpectedly met an old housemate of mine who happened to drop by. She said she was going to an exotic pet store afterwards, so I decided to go with her so we could catch up (and visit the store together, as I have a craze for stores selling strange critters). At the store, I pondered about buying a pet iguana. I decided not to, there's no money for that this month. She brought me home in her car. We talked a lot during the short journey, and commented how nice it is to view the amazing Pena Palace from the highway. I got home and went outside again to drop some trash into the recycling bins. Finally I'm having a quiet time at home, thinking about what frozen junk to microwave for dinner while I edit Wikipedia and listen to the song "Bendik og Årolilja", by the Norwegian band Gåte. Nice. :-) Kindest regards, Húsönd 19:52, 17 May 2007 (UTC) fragglekay dude im sorry

Will (We're flying the flag all over the world) 01:30, 18 May 2007 (UTC) Barnstar*This barnstar here is indeed for you, for reverting whatever vandals do, too many things to state otherwise, on why you truly deserve this prize, so accept barnstar because it's you've earned, from you is where I get many things I've learned. Cheers to you my dearest girl, you have received a barnstar for your wikiworld! --Endo(Exo) 02:11, 18 May 2007 (UTC) RianaIt looks like Riana has helped me fix the image on my talk page. I got that idea from User talk:Khoikhoi that idea saves a lot of space on the talk page by putting the archives together in the image. I could have not done that myself without coping the code from another user. Thanks to Riana and you. Take care. King Lopez Contribs 02:42, 18 May 2007 (UTC) Your recent work here.I must say that I am deeply impressed with all the astronomical work you've done here since you came back. :) You are truly a model Wikipedian. FriendThank you for what you left on my talk page! It is beautiful! I am also glad I found anew friend!! Politics rule 12:11, 18 May 2007 (UTC) HelloHello! I just wanted to say hi and mention a few things. Every time I am traversing through talk pages I quite often see you. Always making someones day better and saying some kind words. As a strong believer in Wikilove myself, I sympathize with your efforts to show your Wikilove to everyone and keep all the Wikipedians united. BTW I really like awesome the vandalism warnings, nicer than the sometimes harsh and generic warnings that are commonly used. I like the write-ups on being Native American. Even though my heritage comes from another place I can’t help but agree with you in the irony of it all. Finally, I really like your idea of giving a day to all the good Wikipedians. Well I think that about wraps it up! Oh yeah and here is a little treat for you to enjoy! Happy Editing Felixboy 16:35, 17 May 2007 (UTC)
Please take this Mooncake as a little token of my gratitude for the wonderful things you do and the kindness you show to other wikipedians! Felixboy 16:35, 17 May 2007 (UTC)
Thank you for the nice gift you left on my talk page. I hope to see you around again. Have a good day. Talk to you later, Felixboy 16:22, 18 May 2007 (UTC) Vandal who ignored your kindnessI noticed you had blocked this account for 24 hours here. Apparently, our friendly not-so-friendly Nazi-obsessed, anonymous Norwegian editor failed to follow your friendly advice here. My patience is very limited with personal attacks of this nature, and as a Jew, I'm fairly intolerant of Nazi vandals, but that's not my point here. I think your kindness was betrayed, and if you could up the punishment level, I'd appreciate it. Orangemarlin 14:25, 18 May 2007 (UTC)
What a lovely surprise!Hello Phaedriel! It certainly has been a long time since we last spoke, and your star of the day was such a lovely surprise! I hope you and the baby are well and that things are settling down nicely. Take care my friend, and we'll certainly be in touch -- Samir 15:43, 18 May 2007 (UTC)
Like this? Dear Phaedriel/Archive 33, Wikipedia is a not an online playground to vandalise. Your edits to User:Arnon Chaffin have been reverted, and you continued vandalism is not acceptable here, therefore, it has been reverted. If your contributions maintain consistant vandalism, you will be blocked. If this warning is understood and you behave, you are more than welcome to come edit in a proper fashion. This is just a minor warning for the future. Thank you for your time and have a wonderful day! Arnon Chaffin Got a message? 20:04, 18 May 2007 (UTC)

Dear Phaedriel, hello and welcome to Wikipedia! We appreciate you coming here to contribute, however your recent edits have not helped the encyclopedia and have now been removed. If you continue doing this, you will blocked from editing for a while, possibly even indefinitely. We'd rather not do that and would prefer if you contributed constructively, hence this minor warning. Thank you for your time and have a wonderful day! - Alison ☺ 20:20, 18 May 2007 (UTC)
What do you think? I kinda stole your icon idea but there's some nice code in there to allow naming articles, etc, if you want to steal back, it's here --> User:Alison/warn :) ... - Alison ☺ 23:16, 18 May 2007 (UTC)
Greetings Phaedriel/Archive 33, Wikipedia is a not your little Sandbox to create Vandalism. Your recent edits to Thailand have been reverted, and please stop creating vandalism it is not acceptable here it has been reverted. If your contributions has a stream of vandalism, you will be blocked. If this warning is understood and you remain not vandalizing Wikipedia , you are more than welcome to edit and improve our Articles. Also you are welcome to use the great Sandbox, do anything there but don't remove the sandbox header. This is just a minor warning for the future. Self-reverted edits to User:Phaedriel This is one of a series of warning templates that I devised some time ago, after seeing what your blocked template (the one with the flower) looked like. I had somewhat nicer wording with my various templates before, but I ended up changing the words to be more in line with what the Wikipedia:WikiProject User Warnings was advocating. I tried putting this warning on your talk page earlier, only to discover that there was a formatting problem. Let's see how this turns out now. Kyoko 23:49, 18 May 2007 (UTC) I created two more. Well hello, Phaedriel/Archive 33. Please do not vandalize other people's userpages. It is often taken by the user as a personal threat or attack, and it is just plain rude. Please also note the creating accounts to threat or impersonate other users is also not tolerated. Pretty much, Respect the other users and don't violate their personal space by vandalizing it. If you continue to vanadalize people's userpages, you get blocked in no time, as well as getting many nice threatning messages on your talk page. Please stop.
You just don't get it, do you, Phaedriel/Archive 33? Vandalizing Wikipedia is not allowed, and you will get blocked from editing continue to do so. Vandalizing WIkipedia is not funny, nor is it tolerated. If you continue, you will get blocked. If you are editing from a school, you will get blocked for six months and identified to be the person vandalizing Wikipedia. Does that make you want to stop? I hope so.
Wow, Sharon. You got to watch the vandalism there! Karrmann 00:13, 19 May 2007 (UTC)
OMG, I created another one: Website not getting many hits, Phaedriel/Archive 33? Well, I am sorry to say that Wikipedia is not the place to advertise it. Your edits were considered Spam, and were reverted. Just to warn you, excessive spamming can lead to you getting blocked, so could you please quit while you are ahead?
Nicest wikipedian ever?[2] You never cease to amaze me with your charm and goodwill Sharon. I wonder, have I said how wonderful it is to see you around here again? I think I may have mentioned it a few times, but it never hurts to tell you again! KOS | talk 02:15, 19 May 2007 (UTC) SUBSTTHanks for your input! Yep, I have started using SUBST in place of teh template itself. It makes it seems more like we put care into teh warning, instead of sticking a general warning on their talk pages ;) Karrmann 04:38, 19 May 2007 (UTC)
