Thanks @Titus III, but if I view https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%C3%89variste_Galois&diff=1164937452&oldid=1164710566 it seems to me that an anonymous user at IP 72.46.2.163 reverted my edit with explanation "(→‎Budding mathematician: Unnecessary)".

It does seem as if the anonymous user wanted to revert an edit other than mine. I am not quite sure what I should do about this. Do you have a suggestion for me? OneSkyWalker (talk) 05:16, 13 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Postmodernism

I believe that moving all the criticism of Postmodernism to a separate page (Criticism_of_postmodernism) is an unwise decision which does not appropriately represent the weaknesses of Postmodernism as a movement/philosophy. Undoing all that damage is too big a task for me to attempt on my own, but I do plan to attempt small steps in the direction by (1) converting phrases such as 'Critics claim' and 'Critics allege' in the Postmodernism article into links an appropriate place in the Criticism_of_postmodernism and (2) adding such linked phrases elsewhere as appropriate. In particular, I suggest that the last sentence in the Lead Section "Critics allege that its premises lead to a nihilistic form of relativism. In this sense, it has become a term of abuse in popular culture." deserves a separate paragraph which references the Criticism_of_postmodernism article by name and summarizes the most serious criticisms.
