The number of stub articles has decreased to its lowest level since the project began its focus on improving them. The goal is to get the number below 600, and we're getting close. It would be greatly appreciated if anyone could help expand and/or source an article or two. A list has been placed on the stub article subpage of stub articles of well-known wrestlers that should be fairly easy to improve.
Based on the active members list, there are currently 38 members currently active in WikiProject Professional wrestling.

C. Rufus Pennington III
Greetings!
How are you doing today? I hope you are doing well:-) I just re-checked the C. Rufus Pennington III Afd, and responded to your comments their. If you find anything reliable that indicates that this guy is notable, please let me know. I will also continue my search for evidence;-) I would hate to miss something that indicated notability, because I would change my "vote" if found something, and I would love to do that because I hate the idea of deleting something that someone put time/effort into. Have a nice day!--SJP (talk) 19:49, 27 June 2008 (UTC)

TNA PPVs
I've seen you've been adding Images to TNA PPVs. Well just to tell you, It isn't doing any good because when I wrote those articles (Sacrifice, Lockdown, Slammiversary, and Destination X) I didn't do very good. So I've been working on them in my Sandbox. So after I get done with them I'll place them back in the article and I'll probably have different images. Just thought to tell you.--WillC23:29, 5 July 2008 (UTC)
The C-Class rating has been introduced. The rating falls between articles that are more than Start-Class, but less than B-Class.
Immediately put into effect, our project has begun use of the List-Class rating. The List-Class rating is for list articles that are of less quality than B-Class articles.
Our goal is to get the number of Stub-Class articles below 600. The current count is 631. It would be greatly appreciated if anyone could help expand and/or source an article or two. A list has been placed on the stub article subpage of stub articles of well-known wrestlers that should be fairly easy to improve.
As I'm sure you noticed above, this is the 20th edition of the WikiProject Professional wrestling newsletter! It has come a long way since the first issue, and I'm sure it will only improve from here. I'd like to thank everyone reading this for continuing to read the newsletter, biweekly.
Also, lastly I'd like to thank Misza13, for sending the newsletter out for us, though his bot. His bot has to be the most important part of the process, because without it, the newsletter would not get sent to project members.
I know that's a long list, but they all deserve recognition for their hard work towards the newsletter. So again, thank you to that list of people, and thank you to all of the newsletter's biweekly readers. If you have an questions, comments, or feedback about the newsletter, remember those links below.
I ran a diff on this, and i can't help but support Londoncall's viewpoint on this. While wikipedia is not censored and should not only contain praise, there is a threshold on what should, and what should not be included. The first section london removed was about the show getting a negative reception which is labeled as a fact, yet there is no source, not even a POV one, linked to the claim to back this up. As WP:NPOV rules criticism is allowed, but should be sourced which is not the case.
The second part are all negative quotations from several people. If it was not for this message, i would have re-removed this section myself by now. The section is completely POV (There is not even one positive comment), isn't even labeled as CRITICISM if its that, and adds completely nothing to the article itsself (What value lies in what these people think?). If it is supposed to be a criticism section it should at least have some form of lead section explaining that this is some peoples opinions. Yet even then, i highly doubt that these peoples opinions who only consists of pure swears belong on Wikipedia. The sources with these quotations are incredibly POV, which makes them invalid sources Excirial (Talk,Contribs)19:37, 10 July 2008 (UTC)
hey, no hard feelings at all, for once he did vandalism and it was good. But you should see Londoncall's questionable edits to Gamezville --Numyht (talk) 19:43, 10 July 2008 (UTC)
All sounds good. I was on the fence as for a decision on the value of those quotes, I was just waiting for someone without an obvious agenda to input their opinion. I must say though, there is no threshold that can be passed as to what can be on Wikipedia. No censoring, means no censoring, as it should be. Only the value of the material should be considered, which is where I agree with you. Slydevil (talk) 23:44, 10 July 2008 (UTC)
When i said threshold i meant the threshold any added material must meet before it is considered usable. I have rewritten my comment one or two times before posting it, which ,in retrospect, didn't do any good to the consistency of it. indeed Wikipedia is not censured, and if a show was crap, then it was, as long as it can be backed up with reliable third partly sources. :) Excirial (Talk,Contribs)08:59, 11 July 2008 (UTC)

Against All Odds
Hi, in your sandbox you have the poster of Against All Odds in there. That is a copy-written image and can only go in the article it is meant for i.e. TNA Against All Odds#2008. Would you mind to please remove it from there. Also for you to know expanding a article is hardwork, so good luck. I was going to get around to expanding that article after I have finish the other ones I'm fixing, this means I'll just have to go straight to Final Resolution. So good luck.--WillC22:27, 19 July 2008 (UTC)
No problem, I had the Lockdown poster in my sandbox when I wrote it and it keep getting removed so I learned the hard way.--WillC09:22, 20 July 2008 (UTC)
Yeah, many. First I've seen what you've done and to me you're going at it all wrong. Since TNA and WWE are very different they have to be wrote different. Now you can do this and you can decided not to but I write more than just three feuds to a ppv. I write about each feud if it had enough bulid to it. Like for Against All Odds I would write the feuds for AJ Styles and Tomko vs BG James and Bob Armstrong for the Tag Titles. Angle vs Cage, Lethal and MMG vs Team 3D and Devine, Booker T vs Roode, mainly almost everyone of them because they each had a good amount of bulid to each, But that is just me. You can write about the top 3, Cage vs Angle, Booker T vs Roode, Lethal and MMG vs Team 3D and Devine. It all depends on what you want the article to do. Get it to GA, FA, be a B-Class or C-Class? The best sources to use from what I've learned are Wrestling Observer, PWTorch, WrestleView.com, TNA if they have any Impact results still up, and Online World of Wrestling (only for Impact results and PPV review). Mainly just go to the Style Guide at WP:PW and read off that. Most stuff you just learn on your own. Mainly just read WWE articles or read Lockdown (2008) to know what you have to do.--WillC09:39, 20 July 2008 (UTC)
Well, the feuds I can't certainly miss are Lethal and Guns vs 3D and Devine, Angle vs Cage and Booker vs Roode and I will most likely put in Aj+Tomko vs BG+Armstrong --Numyht (talk) 09:54, 20 July 2008 (UTC)
Per this edit and the discussion here, date linking is not mandatory in articles. This mainly applies to the project's pay-per-view expanded articles. Please take this regulation in notice and apply it to the project's expanded pay-per view articles.
New parameters have been added to the {{Infobox Wrestling event}} template, for the discussion explaining these parameters, see the discussion here
