Have added both terms as agree which one is not agreed upon. I wanted to let you know that I undid one of your recent contributions, such as the one you made with this edit to Ulnar tunnel syndrome, because it didn’t appear constructive to me. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. --Slazenger (Contact Me) 05:16, 8 September 2014 (UTC) Some stroopwafels for you!
Please notePer our referencing guidelines WP:MEDRS we much prefer secondary sources and typically do not use primary sources at all. This ref is a primary source [1] Best Doc James (talk · contribs · email) (if I write on your page reply on mine) 13:21, 2 October 2014 (UTC) Diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis (DISH)Hi, I am IanWhyte and recently edited the article on DISH. As you noted, I accidentally managed to delete the Article's infobox. Thanks very much for fixing that. What I was actually trying to do was replace the X-ray in the infobox with the thoracic spine X-ray I uploaded. The reason is that the current X-ray shows osteoporosis and narrowed intervertebral disc spaces which, as the article points out, are not features of DISH. The elderly lady whose X-rays are displayed had osteoporosis with what I suspect was a pre-existing crush fracture of T11 (not the more characteristic chalk stick fracture of DISH). I don't know how to do what I wanted to do but you are welcome to swap my (personal) thoracic spine for the 80-year-old lady's spine if you think it is worth it. Best wishes, Ian IanWhyte (talk) 08:33, 6 April 2017 (UTC) Adding refsIn this edit[2] A ref should be added after “there are no randomized trials [for screening] in Western populations with cirrhosis secondary to chronic hepatitis C or fatty liver disease, and thus there is some controversy surrounding whether surveillance truly leads to a reduction in mortality in this population of patients with cirrhosis.” Best Doc James (talk · contribs · email) 14:04, 21 November 2017 (UTC)
