November 17

@GoodDay: Firstly, thanks for vouching for me yesterday and earlier today. I can surely promise that I will stay away from the WP:SLBY articles completely up to late November. After that date, we can reconsider what to do from then on (perhaps WP:ER would be a constructive step forward). I've decided to give a WP:TBAN and WP:IBAN a pass, but I do think I should give WP:PROBATION a go for the time being, just to make certain nothing like this will ever reoccur.--Neveselbert 20:29, 4 September 2016 (UTC)

Remember, should you venture in these areas again, I might not be able to save you. I can only advise you. GoodDay (talk) 20:31, 4 September 2016 (UTC)
I know that. I know full well now that reverting on those articles is completely out of the question. I will acutely remember that from this day forward.--Neveselbert 20:33, 4 September 2016 (UTC)

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Living Presidents of the United States, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Inauguration of Franklin D. Roosevelt. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Re: Ronald Reagan

"His marriage ended when he died. This is meant to go without saying."

What kind of policy is it to assume such a fact? Davejohnsan (talk) 02:54, 19 September 2016 (UTC)

@Davejohnsan: You should go and ask DrKay, he is more of an expert on that particular issue than I am.--Nevéselbert 15:50, 19 September 2016 (UTC)
Marriages obviously end when the husband dies. Even the opening party admits that that is "a fact". DrKay (talk) 15:52, 19 September 2016 (UTC)
No, not all marriages end in death. Not everyone sees the omission of the year as an "obvious indicator" that the marriage ended with the subject's death. Maybe to you it should go without saying, but not everyone sees through your eyes. Davejohnsan (talk) 18:22, 19 September 2016 (UTC)

Presidency succession boxes

I have reverted your edit to Presidencies of Grover Cleveland, as the link in the succession box to section titles in the same article runs contrary to MOS, (according to Checkwiki). Drdpw (talk) 22:54, 11 October 2016 (UTC)

Alright Drdpw, I apologise for my revert. Could you fix Premierships of Benjamin Disraeli and Premierships of William Ewart Gladstone then, please? Thanks.--Nevéselbert 17:27, 12 October 2016 (UTC)

Bermuda Governors

Thank you for information and especially for your kindness to inform me. I already updated the lists. rulers.org is also a very reliable source and I found the news on this site a few days after the change occurred. Bogdan Uleia (talk) 13:44, 16 October 2016 (UTC)

@Bogdan Uleia: Just updated Bermuda and Governor of Bermuda (I was reading about Bermuda the other day and I was surprised to learn that these pages were not yet updated along with the lists, leading me to forget the lists were actually updated already.) My apologies. Thank-you.--Nevéselbert 20:45, 16 October 2016 (UTC)

Hi It is false. In the WP rule, any rule prohibits thenominator to rename a page after a consensus. A week has passed and nobody was against. It's up to you to a have a new request. If you revert the move, I will rename again then create a WP:Administrator's noticeboard. --Panam2014 (talk) 12:10, 31 October 2016 (UTC)

Minor edits

Thanks for your contributions to the Thatcher article. Edits like this one are definitely not minor. See Help:Minor edit for more guidance. --John (talk) 07:31, 4 November 2016 (UTC)

Edit summaries

This edit summary is, in my opinion, extremely uncivil. Do you seriously think I am not aware of that guideline? --John (talk) 23:47, 4 November 2016 (UTC)

I apologise if you found it uncivil, John. I just wanted to remind you that redirects should not be discouraged, let alone reverted.--Nevéselbert 23:55, 4 November 2016 (UTC)
