Hum TV conflict of interest?
Hi, Nauriya. I noticed that you posted in this SPI that "i have been associated with Hum TV and have gone to greater length in making good articles." I looked at your user page, but didn't see any mention of Hum TV. What is your connection with them? Please disclose any conflict of interest you may have. You may find the plain and simple conflict of interest guide helpful. Thanks. BlackcurrantTea (talk) 05:21, 10 April 2017 (UTC)
@BlackcurrantTea: Thanks for pointing out, what I meant was that I ahve been updating Hum TV contents on Wikipedia Solely since 2013, not like "associated" with Hum Channel, sorry if word "associated" made you think that I am employee or something of them. 11:38, 10 April 2017 (UTC)
Thanks for explaining. I've recently seen some editors who are sockpuppets and/or have a conflict of interest for Hum TV, so when I read that I decided to ask. BlackcurrantTea (talk) 06:59, 10 April 2017 (UTC)
Hi, I noticed that you created the content of the current article on Kahane. Your phrasing there ("Her documentary Joe's Violin earned her critical acclaim including Academy Award for Best Documentary Short Subject at 89th Academy Awards") suggests that her film, Joe's Violin, has already won an Academy Award — as far as I know, the Academy Awards don't come out until tomorrow, and the film is as of right now is only a nominee. It may very well win the award, of course, but can I ask what your thought process was in stating (or suggesting with such certainty) that the film already has it? (Do you know some people in the film industry that maybe I do not?). Am curious. Please let me know. Thanks! KDS4444 (talk) 07:05, 25 February 2017 (UTC)
@KDS4444:, Sorry could't reply earlier. Its obvious it was a typo-mistake as I was making dozens of Wikipedia articles for 89th ceremony. Except Waterhousecoopers, no one know the results of categories. And I do not know any person from the Academy. I hope that answers your question and that doesn't make anything disappointing. Sorry again for not replying on time. 15:11, 10 April 2017 (UTC)

Hi! You added this template while creating the page Coke Studio Pakistan (season 10), but you forgot about it here. It has been corrected now. Also 14 August 2017 is on Monday, other news outlets say that the show will begin in early-August. And you might know, it premiers on weekends, not Monday. Thanks! M.Billoo10:27, 22 July 2017 (UTC)

Aamir Zaki; you mentioned him below heading 'debut' saying it as his final appearance, he made his CS debut in 2014. So you are wrong here.
I mentioned him under 'music directors' because he is a musician. But you can see, after completing talk about directors, I wrote his name.
Not only CS website is a ref, some refs you added are directly mirrors to one of The News report. And Dawn reported same under dawn.com (original) and images.dawn.com, which you mentioned both; a repetition. Again, you were wrong.
You now only rmv CS web ref, but not these. But I had removed them.
[1] and [2] don't seem to be reliable, they have some wrong infos.
So I removed what you added.
A ref, which you titled "Coke Studio reaches unique milestone with Season 100"? What's The International News?
What's 100?? And other is actually The News International.
My CE means that you did only copy-paste the quotes without correcting the heavy-coded symbols; “We --> "We. This is from Rizwan U. Khan's quote, which is better to give on CS main page.
Summarizing many quotes is something too. Not every writer is a critic, mentioning writer's name is good too.
Now, please don't say "why you undid without explanation". You have been messaged by me many times, Thanks! M.Billoo13:46, 26 July 2017 (UTC)
I am busy, apologies for that. couldn't reply earlier. And yes Amir Zaki didn't make his debut, but he made his final appearance, I appreciate your efforts. And thanks for the clarification. And The International News is a credible source, and 100 must have been a typo mistake. No Rizwan message was direct to season 10, we can use on the main page as well, but we need to incorporate that as well in series page. Also, please check the previous year's format, it doesn't necessarily have to be same but should be similar. Thank you for doing, and correcting the things needed to be done. Looking forward to collaborating on this. Nauriya18:56, 26 July 2017 (UTC)
You're welcome, and thanks for the reply. Use 'Template:Reply to' to notify a user, as I wasn't notified of your message. I know The News International is of course reliable (but might not for too long due to some cases against Geo TV team), and that's why I was saying too that some sources (that you added) are totally copying The News without crediting. Use only original ref, not duplicates or mirrors; but like I also added a ref of 'IBTimes India', because the author there merged the news with crediting original ones. If you want to add Rizwan U Khan's quote, then please don't add under 'Debut'. 'Artist debuts' is nothing; either we should only say Debutants or Debut artists (because I was wrong too; but it can now be corrected). But one more thing that I am doing is artist --> artiste, because artiste is an artist who entertains, especially as a singer or dancer. It's not bad to add artist; but artist has vast meanings. Thanks! M.Billoo14:39, 26 July 2017 (UTC)

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Sammi (2017 TV series) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from http://blogs.tribune.com.pk/story/45749/is-sammi-the-new-udaari/. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. SahabAliwadia10:41, 26 August 2017 (UTC)
Replaceable fair use File:Naseer & Shahab logo.jpg
Thanks for uploading File:Naseer & Shahab logo.jpg. I noticed that this file is being used under a claim of fair use. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of fair use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:
Go to the file description page and add the text {{di-replaceable fair use disputed|<your reason>}}below the original replaceable fair use template, replacing <your reason> with a short explanation of why the file is not replaceable.
On the file discussion page, write a full explanation of why you believe the file is not replaceable.
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these media fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per the non-free content policy. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. -- Marchjuly (talk) 05:44, 28 August 2017 (UTC)
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.
Orphaned non-free image File:The Vision Fcatory oficial logo.png
Thanks for uploading File:The Vision Fcatory oficial logo.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Hi. Thankyou for your participation in the challenge series or/and contests. In November The Women in Red World Contest is being held to try to produce new articles for as many countries worldwide and occupations as possible. There will be over $4000 in prizes to win, including Amazon vouchers and paid subscriptions. If this would appeal to you and you think you'd be interested in contributing new articles on women during this month for your region or wherever please sign up in the participants section. The articles done may also count towards the ongoing challenge. If you're not interested in prize money yourself but are willing to participate and raise money to buy books about women for others to use, this is also fine. Help would also be appreciated in drawing up the lists of missing articles. If you think of any missing articles please add them to the sub lists by continent at Missing articles. Thankyou, and if taking part, good luck!♦ Dr. Blofeld08:35, 5 October 2017 (UTC)

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Pakistani Academy Selection Committee, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Talat Hussain (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
