Hi MollelwaFahaSaBasotho! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor at Bushra Razack that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia—it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Please see Help:Minor edit for more information. Thank you. Thanks for your contributions to Makosi Consulting. Unfortunately, it is not ready for publishing because it is promotional and reads like an advertisement.
Your article is now a draft where you can improve it undisturbed for a while.
Thanks for your contributions to Philippi Village. Unfortunately, it is not ready for publishing because it needs more sources to establish notability and No evidence of notability.
Your article is now a draft where you can improve it undisturbed for a while.
The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Makosi Consulting until a consensus is reached, and anyone, including you, is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.
Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion notice from the top of the article until the discussion has finished.
I have made it clear that your post at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Makosi Consulting was a statement in favour of keeping the article. If you look at other deletion discussions you will see that there is a usual format for these things, and it makes it easier for other people if posts follow the usual format.-- Toddy1(talk)13:50, 5 August 2023 (UTC)
Let the masses decide. It is clear you have your own agenda as to why you would want to have the article deleted. The article has verified links as well as reliable references has been provided, from America. You might be having a problem with a South African company thats doing good in America perhaps. Otherwise, there are otyer poor articles with no references at all tgats standing. Focus your energy there.
Why do you think I spent time checking the citations, and in some cases improving the information about them in the citation templates?
Why do you think I did the source evaluation table? What it shows is that either (a) you need to present a case that the trade journals Accountancy SA and The Silicon Review count as independent sources, or you need to find sources that count as (1) independent, (2) reliable, and (3) have significant coverage of the company. You will see that I found another source for the company (Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe, 1 May 2022 Newsletter), but it has only got one line mentioning the company so it fails the "significant coverage" criteria.
By the way, the object in talking to you, is partly in the hope that you will pull the rabbit out of the hat and find sources that prove that the article should be kept, and partly in the hope that in the future you will bear in mind the need to meet the WP:ORGCRIT principles when creating new articles.-- Toddy1(talk)07:34, 6 August 2023 (UTC)
Hi Toddy1
Thanks for your inputs and directions. I will definitely do as you suggested.
If you want to ask how the decision was reached, the move discussion is clear enough. But if you need more information, the process is to post a message on the closer's talk page asking them.
How do we do about this??
I have asked the closer nicely on her talk page if the deleted article could be restored to draftspace as Draft:Makosi Consulting and to do a history-merge. That would allow you to improve the article until it is ready for mainspace.
The restored article and talk page are at Draft:Makosi Consulting 2 (talk). These include the article history of the draft article you created in June 2023. Please do not make copy and paste moves with it. (The article history includes various people's contributions, and must be preserved.) Just develop the article at Draft:Makosi Consulting 2, and when you think it is ready for mainspace, ask other editors to review it.-- Toddy1(talk)07:47, 12 August 2023 (UTC)

Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed. Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by Theroadislong was:
This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit after they have been resolved.

I have two questions :1. You reckon a guy from South Africa, who has established a company thats doing good and being listed in American top list is not notable???
That the company he established and won awards, whereas many companies whom have articles standing and has won nothing in the past 5 years are better for the Wikipedia??
I'm startinh to think most of you have a big problem with South Africans and its companies, especially doing good in America.

What should qualifies as an improvement in your opinion?? You haven't answered question posed to you earlier.
It is true, if we as Africans write our stories and narratives, they get quickly deleted but I look at many pages edited by many of you of our content that are standing the test of time, with wrong information or poorly sourced references.
We need to change this biasness and one way of doing it is to write articles such as this in our very own languages, just to see how it will go.
Please note that this is not my first article... I would be glad if you could return the article to the mainspace again where it's fate could be decided. I am improving as it goes. Thank you for your pointers and inputs MollelwaFahaSaBasotho (talk) 11:21, 21 August 2023 (UTC)
MollelwaFahaSaBasotho, can you please list/mention at least one article you have created, Darren Isaacs also fails NOTABILITY have was denied and you were requested to improve the article in draftspace, articles are not often improved in mainespace, that's why there's a draftspace for incubation. shelovesneo (talk) 12:34, 21 August 2023 (UTC)
I fail to understand you. Are you now judging me by articles created, does that warrants you to delete my articles??
If you are that smart, you could have just assisted in improving the article, and not by doing counts or showing off who has done how many numbers of articles. It's your behavior that discourages new editors, instead of using your valuable experience to better Wikipedia and not make as if you and your peers own it. Thank you MollelwaFahaSaBasotho (talk) 13:05, 21 August 2023 (UTC)
MollelwaFahaSaBasotho - all he/she said was that the article belongs in draft. Do a source assessment table for it if you do not believe it belongs in draft - you can put the table on draft article's talk page.-- Toddy1(talk)13:14, 21 August 2023 (UTC)
I am struggling, currently using mobile phone. Do you mind assisting, please. For o believe this article the person is notable. He has appeared on National TV, I have provided links, national newspapers, won awards, and etc. Thank you in advance for collaborating MollelwaFahaSaBasotho (talk) 13:37, 21 August 2023 (UTC)
MollelwaFahaSaBasotho, my apologies I didn't mean to upset you, all i was asking for was that you cite those sources you are talking about now as i believe they might help your article stay afloat in mainspace. Last thing, bad behavior is not tolerated on this site and if you've gone through basic rules of this encyclopedia i believe you've read that we don't own articles we've created thus they're not ours, thank you shelovesneo (talk) 16:41, 21 August 2023 (UTC)
Hi Shelovesneo.
Apology accepted. I see you have worked on Moneoa, a page you created and removed tags. The article has been flagged for years and no discussions ever took place!
Lastly, Moneo never won an award but was nominated, but you removed Lindsay Moshesh van der Byl who has won multi awards and claim he is not notable??? Do You see your biasness, perhaps?? MollelwaFahaSaBasotho (talk) 22:55, 21 August 2023 (UTC)
Please do not move draft articles about people to names that start "Wikipedia:". Names that begin like that are not for articles, they are for documents concerning the running of Wikipedia, such as:
Toody1, greetings, this user moved a page that was draftified back to mainspace instead of submitting it for approval. I believe this user also moved Moneoa Moshesh to draftspace and their reason was that they're articles were moved too. Please do something about it, a temporal block before indefinite will do. And to show that this user is inexperienced, they moved an article to "Wiki-space". Thank You. shelovesneo (talk) 02:36, 22 August 2023 (UTC)
Shelovesneo
1.Anyone can edit Wikipedia
2. Your article Moneoa Moshesh is not notable and has been flagged for years, but you saw it fit to publish it. My question was that what makes the individual notable, was it the nominations for awards recieved many useless links provided?
3. These two people, who are cousins by the way, one has actually won awards and one being by the Mail and Guardian, Africas biggest read for you information. You haven't answered questions poised to you! Now you want to threaten me with being blocked?? Huh, is that how you threaten new editors or users????
Being cousins doesn't verify notability, I'm sorry but you're inexperienced and you should start small like everyone else by doing minor edits or fixing typo, how can you move a BLP to wikispace. shelovesneo (talk) 02:59, 22 August 2023 (UTC)
The movement was a clear mistake, which is the reason why we have a Wikipedia community. Please tell me you have never made one!?? Experience means nothing, otherwise we wouldnt have many overlooked crappy articles, like many you have up. I don't have a problem at all with starting small, what happened to being bold on Wikipedia???
I will continue contributing to the movement since it IS my time I'm spending here. What I am looking for is collaboration as an "experienced" Wikipedian. Not your useless threats or who is experienced, attended wikimania or whatever. MollelwaFahaSaBasotho (talk) 03:09, 22 August 2023 (UTC)
If you think that Moneoa Moshesh should be moved to draftspace, please use the process at WP:AFD. This is a process for deleting articles - but it is perfectly OK to recommend that the article should be moved to draft instead of being deleted.
It is not a good idea to do things like this as retaliatory strikes. Doing so can get you blocked as a disruptive editor. Issues should be taken on their own merits.-- Toddy1(talk)02:54, 22 August 2023 (UTC)
Toddy1
You have been helpful, but you are never answer all my questions, except those you want to.
How will I become a better editor if I'm not making mistakes???
If you as fellow Wikipedians are hellbent in blocking and removing articles (even notable ones) just because your egoes doesn't allow you to "collaborate"??
Its not fair at all, I haven't been disruptive but keen on adding African content here. How and where will I get experience If individuals like Shelovesneo do as they wish or get special immunity???? I request you have a list of many articles done by this user, and revert back. Thanks MollelwaFahaSaBasotho (talk) 03:00, 22 August 2023 (UTC)
I am overweight, but asking you to take exercise will not fix my problem. Similarly, when I advised you to do some source assessments, it was because I thought that the experience of trying to do this would give you insights that would help you to get articles to a standard that people would accept them in mainspace. I understand that it is difficult.-- Toddy1(talk)03:09, 22 August 2023 (UTC)
It's futule, when you have the resources and I don't. I have told you it's impossible since I am currently using a mobile phone.
Definitions of these are in the wikilinks. The answers are yes (y), partially (-), no (n), or do not know (?). The final column (count source toward GNG?) is calculated as the worst of the answers to the three questions for that source. It helps to give comments to explain why you scored some questions the way you do. And if you cannot use the template, you can still answer the questions for each source on the article's talk page and someone else can put your answers into the template for you. Now please have a go. It will save you a lot of grief in the next few days. -- Toddy1(talk)08:47, 22 August 2023 (UTC)

This submission appears to read more like an advertisement than an entry in an encyclopedia. Encyclopedia articles need to be written from a neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources, not just to materials produced by the creator of the subject being discussed. This is important so that the article can meet Wikipedia's verifiability policy and the notability of the subject can be established. If you still feel that this subject is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, please rewrite your submission to comply with these policies.

Hi. When you edited the new article for Masabane Cecilia Rangwanasha, you introduced a few problems:
You introduced promotional language, such as the word "prestigious", which should hardly ever be used on Wikipedia.
You created statements about two awards, which I have had to remove because they were unreferenced.
You introduced some poor English and bad punctuation, which I have corrected.
The only reason that Masabane Cecilia Rangwanasha caught my eye was that it was nominated for speedy deletion and I knew there were already articles in other languages. But you need to stop placing articles in mainspace without getting them reviewed first, and you also need to ensure that you don't submit them for review until they can meet the criteria for inclusion. Deb (talk) 08:08, 23 August 2023 (UTC)
Hi Deb.
"You knew the article exited" in other languages, but only worked on it after your saw my mistakes and poor English introduce.
What the Wikipedia community there for?To correct one another, to fix each others mistake and do forth. What you did is not unique at all, we have fixed many errors and mistakes in the past.
What do you mean by thinking twice??? Are you implying that I stop editing because of simple mistakes, or bad English or grammar??? Or you just want to discourage me altogether editing?
Do you want me to set up talk page archiving on your talk page? If you do not know what that means, have a look at my talk page. It has the advantage of clearing old topics, but leaves their content accessible in archives if you need to refer to them in the future. Given that people are explaining how to do things, etc. that might be useful.-- Toddy1(talk)08:13, 23 August 2023 (UTC)
Thanks for your contributions to Lindsay Moshesh - van der Byl. Unfortunately, it is not ready for publishing because it needs more sources to establish notability and very clearly not ready for mainspace. No evidence of notability.
Your article is now a draft where you can improve it undisturbed for a while.
No. Had I realised that it had been previously drafted I would have taken it straight to AfD. I was trying to be helpful to what seemed like a newish user. VelellaVelella Talk 09:25, 2 September 2023 (UTC)
Hello, MollelwaFahaSaBasotho. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "sandbox".
In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been deleted. When you plan on working on it further and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.
The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Tshegofatso Seoka until a consensus is reached, and anyone, including you, is welcome to contribute to the discussion.
Hello MollelwaFahaSaBasotho. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.
Paid advocates are strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.
Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:MollelwaFahaSaBasotho. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=MollelwaFahaSaBasotho|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. Theroadislong (talk) 08:38, 19 January 2024 (UTC)
Hi..
So the problem is no longer the article not being notable but being a paid one?
How bias and confused are your Wikipedia policies, especially when it suits you.
You are very biased. This company has won awards in the US and keeps making waves.
Apologies, no attack was made on anyone. You are failing to answer basic questions about notability. My response to you was that two of my articles are very notable, especially to South Africas. Makosi Consulting is making waves in New York, do you know what that means to South Africans?? As Tshegofatso Seoka, you reckon having being counted amongst 200 Top Young People in South Africa by Africa best read news publication, Mail and Guardian, as not being notable??
Lastly, I have pointed that there are far worse articles that are nonsense in the space that has stood a test of time. Who will write our stories, as Africans, of we don't wrote our own stories which we take pride in?? Most of articles on Africa or people are badly written by Europeans amd are very biased. Maybe you should dedicate your time and focus in rectifying them and assisting in getting the two in question up.I have absolutely no doubt that Makosi Consulting will come up in the future, you cannot deny what the company is doing. Thank you MollelwaFahaSaBasotho (talk) 20:17, 22 January 2024 (UTC)

It may be worth noting that providing references that claim to show that the CEO is notable does not demonstrate in any way that the article subject is notable. If you believe that the CEO is notable then it may be worth trying to create a Draft article about the CEO instead. VelellaVelella Talk 19:12, 31 January 2024 (UTC)
