With all due respect for the good work you do on this article, the table that you just changed may now be held in contradiction with the Pre-2004 EU members section. It appears Sweden is not on any track etc. Cheers. -- Iterator12nTalk17:50, 25 December 2008 (UTC)
Are you talking about Eurozone? Where exactly so I can take a look? The article must be incorrect. Sweden has to be on track to adopt the euro, they have no choice, they will have to adopt it; the fact that they are exploiting the wholes in the system not to adopt does not change that. UK and Denmark is a different story, they can decide if they want to adopt it or not. Denmark is already pegged, that is why they are in the template. We better bring this conversation to the article's talk page, I do have strong opinions about it, but I can be wrong of course. Cheers, Miguel.mateo (talk) 22:49, 25 December 2008 (UTC)
Should have mentioned this: I was looking at Euro, comparing the Pre-2004 EU members section with the table that follows. Particularly the words "The EU has made it clear that it will tolerate this with respect to Sweden" imply (or may be interpreted to imply) that Sweden is not on any kind of track towards the adoption of the euro. Of course, you and I have noticed that the particular words are marked with "citation needed" for some time. Actually, I just marked it in Enlargement of the Eurozone, so let's leave it for a while, I am sure it will be removed soon. I will check Euro, if it is some time as you mentioned, I will be removing it. Regardless, I am planning to come with more substantial facts soon (I hope). Thanks for bringing this up. What was the point of re-removing my edits TEN MINUTES after i'd made them?! i was still in the middle of writing the discussion article. patience, man, sheesh! now, i'm not going to undo YOUR edits for the minute, even tho i ought to, because i want to DISCUSS this first.
Hi BigSteve. Apologies for that, I am not getting you wrong, so please do not get me wrong either. I was simply going through recent changes in my watch list. Your revert on my deletion was there, with (at that moment) an improper link as the explanation, so I simply reverted back explaining that.
