Warsaw articleI've reinstated the international relations sections and the alpha city. Um ... wait, I'll do alpha now. Tony (talk) 13:53, 17 May 2018 (UTC) Alpha done. Now, where can we find the sources for all of those claims of partner, twin, and sister cities? Also, please note the trimming back of the hyperlinking that I've done (broadly in line with the MOSLINK guideline. There are two purposes: one is to ration linking to what readers might find most useful (readers rarely follow links anyway, and en.WP has a guideline stressing the careful use of linking); the other purpose is to avoid the "sea of blue". This is very different from linking practice in other WPs, including the Polish WP. One final request for your input: there are an awful lot of pictures, and some of them are very small given the sweeping breadth, or the fine detail, of their subject. The effect is cluttered and a bit overbearing. Would you consider a slight rationing of them, and enlarging a few where our policy allows the detail-rich to be given greater size? Tony (talk) 14:05, 17 May 2018 (UTC) Also, the sports section is under-referenced. Can you help in that respect? Tony (talk) 14:07, 17 May 2018 (UTC)

He was slavic-speaking. Who he should be if not litvin-belarusian? There are so many newspaper news from 1993 and there is still it's questionable that 1887 interrogation report indicated that he called himself a "belarusian nobleman"? [1] If it was a false statement - this would cause international scandal years ago, but that's not happened. So I ask you - don't remove this info. Maximum - ask for detailed scan of this report with appropriate mark. No need to get defensive :) You can re-add the theatre image to the body of the article. Best Regards. Oliszydlowski, 14:19, 2 September 2018 (UTC)

After the Reformation it was predominately Protestant. Elblag was never culturally Polish until after 1946. Why do you dispute these facts? You must allow edits that more clearly articulate the history of these cities that Poland now controls. The history is not disputed anymore by Polish, Lithuanian or Russian historians or tour guides in Elblag. There are many references in Wikipedia that support this history. I am concerned that you are letting an outdated nationalism interfere with fact. I look forward to your response. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Weldonrash (talk • contribs) 14:23, 31 December 2018 (UTC) Jadwiga for GAThe article seems well written, but I am not sure if I will have time to review it myself. But I'd suggest converting red links that have pl wiki articles to ILL template, like this. Cheers, --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 03:21, 7 March 2019 (UTC)
