Abuse filter question{{helpme}} I've been editing since yesterday, and I've triggered the abuse filter many times when I'm reverting vandalism. Is there anything I can do to stop triggering it? Will it stop triggering when I'm autoconfirmed? I've noticed that most other vandal fighters only triggered the filter a few times. --Midnight Comet 23:42, 29 June 2009 (UTC)
June 2009Hello. When you patrol new pages, all articles that you have looked at should be marked patrolled, whether you marked them for deletion or deemed them acceptable, unless you are not sure. This saves time and work by informing fellow patrollers of your review of the page so that they do not duplicate efforts. Thank you. Intelligentsium 17:58, 30 June 2009 (UTC)

Your opinionGood Day;) I wanted to ask you, what do you think of my new created article:2,000 Romanian Lei Note. I made this today(which is why I haven't done as much vandal reverting which I will soon;))SchnitzelMannGreek. 16:43, 2 July 2009 (UTC)
(outdent)I'm sorry I haven't been as active with vandal-fighting today, I've been in creating new articles and expanding stubs. This article Zia (New Mexico) was a stub and I pretty much wrote it and expanded it today. What do you think?SchnitzelMannGreek. 23:56, 2 July 2009 (UTC)
Barnstar-You deserve it :-)
Log inI cannot. I have modified my email adress in the preferences and I changed the password without looking at this (just typed antyhing in wordpad and then copied pasted this). So this is the end for this account. I am under IP and I want to redirect this. If I would lie, it would take 5 minutes for the user to modify this. You can send an email to him/me. You will see there is no answer given the email is not valid... 81.244.182.215 (talk) 15:11, 3 July 2009 (UTC)
You're correct that non-admins shouldn't remove AIV reports, but helpful comments like [2] are indeed allowed and are greatly appreciated. So feel free to do more of that in future if you happen to notice things - thanks. :) ~ mazca talk 21:09, 3 July 2009 (UTC)
You're the best!Thank you very much for "wikipedian of the week" that made me feel much much better now. It has been a long day with the vandals and I got attack over 10 times. Yet this is a VERY pleasing reward. Thanks and KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK:)SchnitzelMannGreek. 00:28, 4 July 2009 (UTC)
CheersFor clearing the vandalism from my talkpage. Much appreciated. Crafty (talk) 22:05, 5 July 2009 (UTC)

I really appreciate it. Heck, I don't think I've ever done so much editing in a single week. sixtynine • spill it • 02:18, 11 July 2009 (UTC) TalkbackHello, Meaghan. You have new messages at Dylan620's talk page.

Doesn't look like "kindness to other users" to me. The fact that he removed anything that might reflect negatively on him while up for this award isn't exactly the kind of behavior that should be rewarded either. Ready? To apply for rollback? I've seen you around a lot with your use of Twinkle for vandal fighting, and I personally think that it would be a big plus if you used Huggle, which requires rollback. All the best, Dylan620 (contribs, logs) 17:57, 14 July 2009 (UTC)
Muchos thxGood job catching the vandalism on the skittles page so quickly!Ottawa4ever (talk) 18:55, 14 July 2009 (UTC)
ThanksThanks for reverting vandalism on my userpage. I'm proud when I get someone upset enough for them to vandalize my userpage. It shows I'm doing something right! I'm curious. Do edits to admin userpages show up special on automated tools like Twinkle, or did you happen across the vandalism? Vandalism to my userpage is almost always reverted in a few minutes, so I usually find out many hours later. Royalbroil 00:22, 16 July 2009 (UTC)
Abuse reports, interested?Hi! I believe we've contacted each other in the past! I'm aware of your dedication to fighting vandalism on Wikipedia, which I can easily see when using Huggle, since sometimes you revert the vandalism faster than I can (nice job!). Since we have the common interest, I'd like to introduce you to a Wikipedia project that you might be interested in, Wikipedia:Abuse reports. Abuse reports handles repeat IP vandals that have been blocked several times, but continue to be a problem. This is done by contacting the organization responsible for the IP address. It would be great to have you as a new member of the project, but entirely understandable if you feel this is not for you. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions, and thanks for your time! Wikipedian of the dayThankyou so much! I've got a real fondness for shinies, as you probably know. Can't think of anything else to say for now, but I will. Thanks again. Spongefrog, (talk to me, or else) 09:09, 22 July 2009 (UTC)
Messages from User:EganjtBack OffOr at least read what you are reverting first. Thanks for reverting MY user page (hmm, bet that didn't cross your mind, woulda have to have THOUGHT about what you were doing first). Please do not touch User:Eganjt again. Ok, that's what I wanted to write after seeing how hastily and unmindfully you reverted my user page in an attempt to fight vandalism. Then I read a couple of the posts on your talk page and you seem like a nice enough guy, so I'll just leave it as please take a second to research what you revert, because you did it literally before I could see the change. My apologiesI understand you are just trying to help. I apologize for getting upset when you reverted my user page, even though I tried to explain to you, and the several editors before you, that I was indeed the user eganjt. One of your editors has threated to contact my ISP because he so adamantly belives I should sign in to edit my own page, even though that is not required. I don't wish to take it this far, I don't need the drama. I'm sorry I didn't AGF with you.Eganjt (talk) 18:57, 22 July 2009 (UTC)

HiYou probably noticed that I haven't been as active with anti-vandalism lately but I have been on;) I was expanding article Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino and wrote Spice Market Buffet with the help of pictures I go from my trip(see User:SchnitzelMannGreek/Gallery). If you have time, can you review my work? I'm going to take a break from articles and start "anti-vandalism" and hitting Huggle today);)--SchnitzelMannGreek. 13:44, 24 July 2009 (UTC)

You've been loved by JavertAbuse ReportsI noticed that someone asked you if you wanted to join the "abuse report group" and you didn't want to. In my case, I am actually intrested in that. If it isn't much trouble, can you recommend me for that to the guy that asked you. Thanks, friend:)SchnitzelMannGreek. 00:11, 26 July 2009 (UTC)
Quick noteHey, this is just a quick note. Having spent a lot of time on recent changes patrol, previously, I know it's easy to make the occasional mistake here and there, but I still do want to point out a particular reversion you made at Oklahoma Highway Patrol (now suppressed, or I'd link the diff), where you restored blanked content including the following... Not a very nice snippet
In fact [redacted] is the only member of his family who doesn't have a prison record. His wife (who happens to also be his sister) has won Hustler Magazine's coveted "Beaver Hunt" award 8 years in a row starting in 2001 Sometimes newcomers blank things for a good reason. :) Anyway, thanks for your time. I'll hope to see you around. – Luna Santin (talk) 11:43, 27 July 2009 (UTC)
Re: Wikipedian of the Day (again)Do I honestly deserve it again? :D If so, then thank you very much. I must admit that my activity has been slipping lately, with a new air conditioner in my room (certain improvement from the sweltering heat at night), though I'll do my best to keep up with expectations. :) Warm regards, Dylan620 (contribs, logs) 17:14, 28 July 2009 (UTC) Barnstar
