Read. Is there any specific concern that you had with my question? Or did you want me to read that for future reference. -- lomrjyo (✉ • 📝)19:29, 26 January 2022 (UTC)
Hey, Lomrjyo. Yes, 'What are your plans after adminship?' is quite an odd question, frankly. What possible answer could make you decide not to support a candidacy? Like, you expected them to say, "Oh, this is just hat-collecting! I wanted to be able to brag I was an admin on Wikipedia!" Or what? RfA is an incredibly stressful period for most candidates. Many spend the entire week refreshing the page and wake up each morning filled with dread for what might have transpired while they were asleep. Extra questions are just not helpful, so we try to encourage people to ask only those questions that actually would help !voters make a decision. I just don't see what possible usefulness "what are your plans after adminship?" could be for helping you or other !voters make a decision whether to support or oppose. I know that when you see that anyone can ask up to two questions, it's very tempting to try to come up with a question to ask. valereee (talk) 19:39, 26 January 2022 (UTC)
Lomrjyo, the question has already been answered, so we can't strike it. But your question all by itself is not a big deal. It's the cumulative effect, and my only concern is to maybe help people think before asking a question next time. :) Best to you. valereee (talk) 20:03, 26 January 2022 (UTC)
