Hi littleb2009, regarding your recent edit on Block (Internet), it is rare that we link to the Wikipedia namespace from articles. Some of these hatnotes are used in disambiguation pages, however, as these are not themselves articles. It's also worth considering that articles that are already disambiguated, such as this one is with "(Internet)", are less likely to need hatnotes per WP:NOTAMB. I see you're relatively new, so welcome to Wikipedia, let me know if you have any further questions. Best, CMD (talk) 04:14, 14 May 2021 (UTC)

You have been trouted for: restoring uncited challenged text, without supplying RS refs, per wp:burden. 2603:7000:2143:8500:255C:D7EC:A4A2:97C6 (talk) 00:30, 22 May 2021 (UTC)

You have been trouted for: YOUR REASON HERE Ira Leviton (talk) 22:55, 29 May 2021 (UTC) I noticed some of the edits that you made on the Typo Team Moss project at Wikipedia:Typo_Team/moss/N. I checked to see how you did one to see if it was the same way I would've handled it, but didn't see any changes at all. So I checked a few others. I'm not sure if you're doing all of these correctly. If the typos on the Moss page are not corrected on the page on which they appear, nothing is accomplished. As examples, I'm talking about Niobium, where you pointed out that the typos were chemical terms, and North Frisian language, where you said typos fixed as part of a group. Nothing was changed on these pages; without either fixing the typos, tagging them, or making another change, the Moss project software will simply detect them again the next time it's run for that letter. The point is to correct these typos, even if they're not really typos. If they're not changed, then there should be a brief explanation and that entry will eventually be moved to the case notes at the bottom of that Moss page. Anyway, I made the corrections on those individual pages. Ira Ira Leviton (talk) 22:55, 29 May 2021 (UTC)

Angry Mob NoticeboardI appreciate the fixes you did there. And I presume your further edits were done with the understanding that the whole page is purely for the purpose of humor, as are any "requests" made to it. I mean, your editing certainly seemed to be made with that understanding, but you can never be too sure. In any case, I had damn near forgotten that page existed, and I found our little "conflict" there amusing, and somewhat refreshing in comparison to the self-righteous drama that so much of this project involves. I hope you enjoyed it, as well. ᛗᛁᛟᛚᚾᛁᚱPants Tell me all about it. 20:51, 1 June 2021 (UTC)
Your comment about that RfAI trust that comment was well-intentioned, but I think it came off as much more flippant than you intended and honestly kind of insulting. Vaticidalprophet 22:09, 9 June 2021 (UTC)
While you don't need to be an administrator, you don't need to not be one either. The canonical example is Wikipedia:Requests for adminship/Megalibrarygirl - I would guess that candidate uses her admin tools once in a blue moon, AFAIK has never blocked anyone, and her primary use of the tools is the odd G6 / G13 restore. That doesn't mean she shouldn't have run for RfA, as the community could clearly see she was trustworthy and responsible. I'm sad that Wikipedia:Requests for adminship/Yoninah is a redlink - it should be blue with a summary of "Final 275/0/0". One of the things I was told before starting my RfA some years back was "don't let the tools stop you from creating content", and I've taken over 100 articles through GA and DYK each since then. Indeed, if I'm doing a lot of admin stuff (like this week), alarm bells start ringing and I scramble around to find some content work (which is why said admin work is interspersed with minor updates to a few articles and some copyedits). discussionslittleb2009, you do not have the experience to be discussing other people's RfA's with them. This can be actually harmful to these people. Please don't do this again until you have personal experience with the person you are talking to and know that your input is helpful. —valereee (talk) 23:15, 9 June 2021 (UTC)

I am not User:Lightbluerain. Also, do not wikilink to people's pages in nearly-unrelated discussions, since it will ping them. --littleb2009 (she/her) (talk • contribs) 16:57, 10 June 2021 (UTC)
(talk page stalker) @TigerScientist: The basic guidelines say, "Traditionally, Wikipedia offers wide latitude to users to manage their user space as they see fit." So your edits were not helpful. The only things you should really be changing on Littleb2009's user page are reverts of blatant vandalism or threats from other users, excessive polemic or completely off-topic rants, or moving messages that were supposed to be for the talk page, none of which are on the page as as I look at it now. Please stop. Ritchie333 (talk) (cont) 17:06, 10 June 2021 (UTC)
(edit conflict)(edit conflict) (Yes, double edit conflict!) I was about to say the same thing as Ritchie333. --littleb2009 (she/her) (talk • contribs) 17:10, 10 June 2021 (UTC)

Okay, that's enough. I'm blocking you from editing this user's userspace. Your edits were not helpful because a) they have nothing to do with writing or improving an encyclopedia and b) the user in question didn't want you to make them. It's generally considered polite to leave other people's user pages alone barring the exceptional circumstances I mentioned above. Seriously, nobody else does this.
