You might be interested in this. I followed a thread about a disruptive editor and landed here; see the history for what it was. Turns out it's a really interesting topic and also led to the creation of Cleombrotus of Ambracia (a stub which could do with some help). Feel free to tinker with it; I should go and do some other work now... Are you well? Rainy and dreary here. Drmies (talk) 15:37, 4 September 2012 (UTC)

Hey LadyDo you (or any others visiting this place--Sage?) know of any video games (adventures) that would be suitable for a 6 to 10 year old named Sippi? I got a netbook for her but they're not as exciting as an iPad, and I'm trying to put some stuff on there that's fun. I am also looking for maybe some graphical things, like what the iPad has (Photobooth?), for her to take pictures and videos with and mess around with. I'd appreciate any thoughts. She can handle long story lines; magic is fine, so is rock and roll, guns and bombs and republicans are not. Drmies (talk) 00:38, 11 September 2012 (UTC)
Drmies, check out this group of hidden object games: [1]. LadyofShalott 15:42, 11 September 2012 (UTC)
I just thought of something: Cruise over to sourceforge and look at some of the games for kids there. Lots of them are puzzle types of games, usually smaller, free, and typically run well on lower powered netbooks. Searching for "children games" brings up a few [3]. I have also seen a more modern EXE file, that could be downloaded without having to be installed. I always recommend Lego Rock Raiders, it's like a mining simulator, except with little Lego men operating the drills, trucks, and loaders. It was awesome (but it's pretty old). --kelapstick(bainuu) 22:49, 11 September 2012 (UTC) Let's get the blogging party started!Hi LoS! I myself only did some minor work on the article since I uploaded the photo which is still in the infobox. The vandalism was committed by both registered users and IP addresses, with occasional User:Rhino67621 ([4]. One instance I noticed even had the photo removed and a picture of a gorilla in the userbox. These go back prior to November, 2011 and I haven't the time to look over all this, but I myself feel embarrassed not to have noticed at any point in the article, that the PERSONDATA that I just removed was exceptionally tasteless, and maybe you would help addressing this? I'm not a patroller, so I'm asking you if you can do something about this. I've never heard the guy's music, but this kind of thing is aggravating.--Leahtwosaints (talk) 18:32, 30 September 2012 (UTC)

Disambig problemsHi Lady, hope you're keeping ok - I've not seen you around so much of late. Which is a shame because I've got a problem with disambiguation and seem to recall you being au fait. So, I'll ask anyway. I've created Jad people, an alternate name for which is Khampa. Now, Khampa is currently a redirect to Kham and has a fair few incoming links. I'll have to create a disambig page or put a dab hat on Kham. The dab hat might look a bit silly and in any case there is already a hat of sorts at Kham, relating to Kham (disambiguation). Should I add another hat or should I create a new disambig page? If the latter, do I redirect Khampa to the new disambig? I don't think it is possible to usurp it, except perhaps by delete and recreate. - Sitush (talk) 08:33, 27 November 2012 (UTC)

Hotcat - opinion requested. In general, I like Hotcat, but I've always felt it should allow the addition of an edit comment. Your recent use of it on Marvin's page is an excellent example of my "problem". My first reaction was: "Why remove categories?". I was about to revert when a warning bell rang in my head, and I checked further, and yes, they are super-categories of the one you replaced it with.

I haven't lived near a decent one in probably 17 years. I am looking for an interview that was published in L'Actualité (a French language magazine from Canada). It is from 1993 Volume 18, all I can find is a snippit view on Google (and I can't even see the snippit), I managed to get the quote I was looking for from the search preview, but would like to complete the reference by showing the title, etc. even if I don't have a link to provide. Off topic, but do you think the Lair of King Tongmyong's Unicorn in North Korea can make a serious topic? --kelapstick(bainuu) 18:45, 4 December 2012 (UTC)
Mentioned you at ANI 2Hey, Lady, Dennis made a thread on Drmies's talk page, asking for help dealing with a class from UNC Chapel Hill. Are you still an Online Ambassador? I seem to recall you were one a while back. Anyway, the thread is User_talk:Drmies#What's up doc?, if you want to weigh in. Thanks! Writ Keeper ⚇♔ 18:23, 5 December 2012 (UTC)

Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited David Wax Museum, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Jarana (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject. Lady, if you have a moment--this new creation needs some TLC... Drmies (talk) 20:16, 10 December 2012 (UTC) AlabamaIn the history section of Paleontology in Alabama, you tagged a sentence mentioning a United States Geological Survey Professional Paper as needing to be more specific since the individual publication wasn't explicitly stated. However, my source doesn't specify the individual paper, so I don't feel comfortable adding that information on OR grounds. I was hoping to get your blessing to remove the tag. If you were just personally curious which publication was being discussed, Professional Paper 112, on the fossil floras of the southeastern US, including Alabama, seems to be the only viable candidate. Request talk page undeleteGreetings m'lady. Would you kindly undelete the Talk:Notzrim page and links to the associated archived talk pages? (Not the article page, just the talk page.) There was a discussion on that page I would like to retrieve for a possible future article. Thanks. Btw, I think it's cool that you are fluent in Scots. Although it should probably have NOT been posted to the mainspace until it acquires Featured Article status. Wink wink. Feel free to expand or, um, userspaceize, cheers!♦ Dr. ☠ Blofeld 15:02, 13 December 2012 (UTC)
Hi. I noticed you nominated the article to be merged into the article on her TV show, but I couldn't find the discussion on either talk page. Can you link me to where you started the discussion on the matter? Thanks. Nightscream (talk) 00:27, 14 December 2012 (UTC)

Luckily only one or two blocks have been required, which I consider diplomatic success by everyone involved. Dennis Brown - 2¢ © Join WER 01:26, 18 December 2012 (UTC)

Can you have a look at it? There were issues with things I. The lead not supported In the article (probably specific location?) and POV (I have no idea). I probably won't be at a real computer until January. Thanks (if you can help), and have a great Christmas. --kelapstick(bainuu) 03:44, 17 December 2012 (UTC)
