HelpKungfuadam, you recently deleted part of an article: [[ACM Forex]. If you notice this article and this article: Advanced Currency Markets refer to the same company. They are not a notable company for almost any reason and in no way even deserve to be on wikipedia, but at least they should allow people to modify what is written. The edits I see as non constructive, are usually done by eithe the user, User:Acmforex or by the IP address 195.70.17.226 This user has a history of putting random ACM Forex links into other articles. These are some examples: [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6] [7]

Deletion of 2000ad_prog98_bolland_kleggs.jpgYou deleted a recently uploaded cover image from 2000 AD (comic). Please have a look here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:WikiProject_Comics/copyright#2000_AD The copyright holders have granted explicit permission for the use of images from the comic within Wikipedia. I had given the source of the image as well, so I don't think there should be a problem. Let me know your thoughts, and if you are able to undelete the image, please do so, or give me a good reason whey I should not upload it again. Thanks, Ben--Bwmodular 16:23, 1 December 2006 (UTC)
DiskDB pageHello, I found article about DiskDB deleted by you with "CSD G11" code, means "Blatant advertising". Let me biefly explain my goals. I try to create free, non commercial GPL-based public CDDB service because MAGIX start to commercialize aquired FreeDB service by remove free mirrors, etc and I'm not sure they continue freedb as non-commercial service. I setup new CDDB service by myself without commercial ideas. I pay my own money for server and it's traffic. I respect Wikipedia rules and carefully read "How not to be a spammer" wiki gude and start new article without any advertising goals. I even didn't put a link to diskdb from wikipedia:freedb to avoid any suspictions about spamming and I made the same page as article about freedb. Please tell me how to create apropriate page about DiskDB. Thanks.

Hey, I thought I'd pass this along to an admin. The user Kwlow appears to only have the purpose on Wikipedia of adding links to Dread Central. The same user is also the creator and most substantial editor of Wikipedia's Dread Central article and also added the Dread Central image. The list of edits/advertisements that Kwlow has added to Wikipedia seems to be substantial, many of them unreverted. Furthermore, as far as I can tell, all (or very near all) of Kwlow's edits appear to be related to marketing Dread Central. This seems to be a severe problem editor that has gone unchecked. ShockI see you removed the db-redirtypo on Haemorrhagic shock. Surely we should either adopt the English spelling (Haemorrhagic) or the American (Hemorrhagic) - each has a single M and a double R. Deleted imageYou deleted my image File:Cityrailfleet.png without even telling me you had done so, or giving me a chance to put my side of the argument as to why it was fair use or not. I expect better from Wikipedia editors. That is NOT FAIR and not according to protocol - you should at least message me if I put in the hangon tag! Can I please have a chance to explain the fair use, which you probably didn't read - at least one of those trains does not run on the network at present, and it's impossible to get a photo of it; additionally, it's not the sort of thing that could be replaced with photos as the nominator asserted; it's a diagram for illustrative purposes. So can I please have a chance to explain this? If not, I need the image for some information retrieval - can I please have a copy of it and then have it deleted? BreadFish deletionHey there! I noticed you cited csd g11 as the reason for the deletion of the BreadFish page. I'm curious as to what qualified the page for deletion given that the pages for related subjects - Fusebox, Mach-II, and Tartan - remain. I'm also curious as to what criteria the stub for Tartan (a page composed entirely of two sentences: "The Tartan Framework is a 'command-driven' service framework for ColdFusion. It was developed by Paul Kenney.") meets that the page for BreadFish did not. If the article needs to be rewritten to become more encyclopedic, please don't hesitate to let me know. Typo amends with AWBHi. Please be more careful with your typo amending. You recently amended "truely" to "truly" in Chess, a Featured Article. In this instance "truely" is the correct spelling, being a verbatim quote from a text several hundred years old. Fortunately, a number of editors are working on the article at the moment, (having just saved it from being defeatured, it still needs some work) so the edit was spotted, but please be careful. --Dweller 09:06, 3 January 2007 (UTC)

Deletion of the Awesome Library pageI noticed that you deleted the Awesome Library (www.awesomelibrary.org). You stated that the reason is that it did not have a high rating with Alexa. Sorry to inform you, but Alexa is quite unreliable. You need to use other sources of information to determine if the Awesome Library is a major database or library for the Web. For example, try "library" on Google (or other major search engines). Out of hundreds of millions of libraries on the Web, it has been in the top ten, usually 6, 7, or 8, on Google. The libraries above it are the New York Public Library, Library of Congress, etc. Clearly the best libraries in the world. Try MarketLeap to determine the Awesome Library's penetration of search engines. Do more than look at Alexa. Try "k-12" on Google (or other major search engines). Try "k-12 directory," "k-12 library," "middle east conflict," "road rage," "gun control debate," "sustainable planet," or hundreds and hundreds of topics the Awesome Library covers. You will find that many rank in the top ten in search engines. Also try: http://www.awesomelibrary.org/recog.html to see that hundreds of top Web sites recommend the Awesome Library. I don't understand why you speedied a stub article about a notable figure in sports. Bernadette Sands McKevitt -->> deletion ofHi. I was wondering why this article was deleted. Sands-McKevitt is notable for a couple of reasons. One of them is being the sister of Hunger Striker Bobby Sands. The other is for being the co-founder of the 32 County Sovereignty Committee. This person has some significance in terms of Northern Ireland's history. I can't remember what state the article was in prior to its (sudden?) deletion, nor can I remember seeing any warning that it was going to be deleted. I do remember having cause to look at it or edit it recently, though I can't remember why. Links to the article include: I have no idea how many out-going links from the article there were, as I have no way of accessing an archived copy of it. The article had been marked as part of the Belfast WikiProject, and comes to my attention through my regular examination of the project's logs. Deletion procedure appeal against the page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Fausto_IntillaI suggest to begin a deletion procedure against this user because he has entered this self-promotional English page in several foreign Wikipedias:
He is also well-known to the Italian Wikipedia Community for his abuse of his user page: in fact his Italian user page has been blocked and erased (see http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Utente:Fausto_Intilla and the related discussion http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Discussioni_utente:Fausto_Intilla). Real Centrifugal ForceHi Kungfuadam, I am writing to ask you why everybody is so keen to erase all suggestions that centrifugal force is a real force? You yourself came in on the back of Henning Makholm and reverted his reversion. Do you guys actually know what you are talking about? I read your original page on Centrifugal force and it was an incoherent shambles. I tried to tidy it up and shorten it to key points. I have encountered nothing but resistance from elements who appear to know nothing at all about planetary orbital theory. I have now had to give two references, but they don't read the references. They delete religiously as if they believed that they were the last word on centrifugal force. I can assure you that the centrifugal force is a key element in the differential equation for planetary orbits that leads to the elliptical, parabolic, and hyperbolic solutions. My own physics department taught me that centrifugal force was only fictitious, but this fact is not born out when one studies orbital mechanics in applied mathematics. I suspect that at best, these are physicists that are doing the reversions. Most physicists in my day never took those advanced courses in celestial mechanics. I suspect that this has been a widespread trend in recent times. I can assure you that if you want this article to revert, it will be a very unprofessional article in which centrifugal force has been totally confused as being something exclusively relevant to circular motion. I have been referred to as a vandal, a crackpot and spam by zealous Wikipedians who clearly haven't got a clue what they are talking about. As an administrator I would be most obliged if you might request that these censors at least put their reasons forward, instead of using short captions like, vandal, false edits etc. I look forward to hearing from you. Yours sincerely David Tombe 10th February 2007 (210.213.229.36 15:36, 10 February 2007 (UTC)) —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 210.213.229.36 (talk) 15:19, 10 February 2007 (UTC).

Andor TechnologyHi Adam You deleted the entry Andor Technology. Looking through Wikipedia there are several companies and organisations listed such as Microsoft and Roper Industries. I see our entry on a similarly pitched level as these, so I would be interested to know why it was removed even after it had been re-edited. How cam I go about relisting again? Thanks. Hi Kungfu Adam How do you define NOTABLE companies? Mark Andormarketing 08:41, 21 February 2007 (UTC) Hi Adam Any more feedback on this? Mark Andormarketing 10:15, 23 February 2007 (UTC)
Having looked at the definition of WP:ORG I would still like to appeal your decision on the following grounds: Andor Technology plc is a publicly listed company (PLC) listing on the London Stock Exchange in December 2004 (AIM). If you do a Google search on "Andor Technology" there are 63,300 hits, the majority of which are not Andor owned. We have several newspaper articles and TV/radio reports on Andor concerning our achievements as one of UK/Ireland's leading technology innovation companies. PLease refer to Invest NI (local Government body) if you need testimony to this. In 2005 Andor won Company of the Year in Northern Ireland (run by The Belfast Telegraph). We are also recipient of many awards and accreditations such as Queens Award for Export 2005, ISO 14001: 2004, ISO 9001: 2000, Investors in People 2003 and several awards in Marketing, Innovation and Health and Safety. In addition to this there are many scientific papers published which credit Andor for supplying cameras used in their research. I understand Wikipedia's stance on blantant commercialism and advertising, but I do feel very strongly that Andor Technology deserves a place in Wikipedia as an innovative company and a leading light in the current Northern Ireland economy. Medicine Show deletionHi, you deleted my article on the London rock and roll band Medicine Show. I see no reason why this was deleted as it was relevant. The band are newsworthy after permorming live with Pete Doherty, being in several national magazines as a hotly tipped band and being hand-selected to play at Paris Fashion Week by i-D Magazine. Their forthcoming EP release is also hotly anticpated with advance orders of over 1000 copies. Medicine Show may not yet be a huge band but they are certainally of some interest and therefore surely deserve a place on wikipedia. The reason for this page being deleted was not made clear as you also deleted it's Talk Page without posting a responce. I hope we can resolve this matter as it took me a fair while to enter the information. cheers - Marc —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Xchilde haroldx (talk • contribs) 15:34, 22 February 2007 (UTC).
Medicine Show deletion 2"A musician or ensemble (note that this includes a band, singer, rapper, orchestra, hip hop crew, DJ, musical theatre group, etc.) is notable if it meets any one of the following criteria:
Medicine Show have been featured in i-D Magazine, Wig Magazine and Ny2Lon online fanzine. These are all independant, national and international publications and therefore qualify as non-trivial works under Wikipedia's guidelines. Again I see no reason for this page to have been deleted and hope to see in reinstated. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Xchilde haroldx (talk • contribs) 15:49, 22 February 2007 (UTC).

MusicoveryIt seems overly rash on Wikipedia's part to subject the Musicovery article to speedy deletion. Perhaps it may not be as widely known as its competitors Pandora and last.fm, but it is certainly notable. First of all, please see the links on the archived article page, they direct the reader to external reviews of the Musicovery service. Secondly, a recent Google query for "Musicovery" led to 496,000 results returned. Thirdly, the article highlights the novel "mood map" feature of the Musicovery service, which is found on no other Internet radio or music recommendation service. I believe that the company, though small, is well-positioned as a competitor within the Internet radio market. So clearly Musicovery is not "unremarkable" as noted in the deletion tag. Waterguzzler 18:39, 1 March 2007 (UTC) Kungfu-- may I ask why a collective entry I edited for a group of avid Wiki users and internet radio fans called "Planet Zeb! Internet Radio" was deleted? We actually did RESEARCH for this particular entry, and believe that since the station and its operator are one of the longest-running independent internet radio streams continually in existence (and yeah, I and a few others who had the idea are now friends of the operator, as well), they've sort of earned their place in internet radio history. And we like the station, as do a lot of other people, as well. :) My impression was that this article was properly composed, properly cited and generally objective. I have noticed substantially more "puff promotional" type pieces for a number of other independent internet radio stations (e.g. "Rockland USA" and "MAK Radio") that have not been around nearly as long or whose operators don't have nearly the same history as Planet Zeb! or Zebby Rhoads in the rapidly emerging world of webcasting. If you could please shed some light on why you deleted this particular entry on 1 March, I and a few others would appreciate a clarification.
Option (company)I see you deleted Option article. Let me say it was a fully legitimate article although it sure need to be improved. It has a great turnover and many important clients like Siemens. Please restore it or let me know what's the matter. Thanks. Armando82 12:16, 5 March 2007 (UTC)
Wikiproject Brazil questionHi Adam. I have a question about what articles fall under the Wikiproject Brazil banner. My question is specifically regarding Gilberto Silva, but also there are other Brazilian footballer articles which I will be editing shortly, and I just wanted your opinion. Pelé and Ronaldo are both within the project's scope, but they are Brazilian icons. Does merely being Brazilian make a footballer part of Wikiproject Brazil? Thanks for your time. I disagree with your decision to delete the article on "Gabriel and Dresden", and the label of it as "Commercial". Their music has been picked up by Sirius Radio, and therefore, they meet the criteria as Entertainers with a significant fan base. Aside from the rules, I believe every band with more than one song and two fans should be represented on Wikipedia, if someone has taken the time to fairly and accurately write an article about them. ==== I am Roberto Malancini. {{prod}}I see you closed a prod on Rustam Akhmyarov (Chechen leader) back in June 2006. {{prod}} was relatively new then I think, and nominators didn't always fulfill their obligation to tell the article's creator that they had prodded the article. This nominator, whoever it was, didn't tell me. I only came across this deletion because I was doing some housekeeping. When you closed the {{prod}} you didn't record the reason it was nominated for deletion. It was probably due to a failure on my part to insert a phrase where I explicitly asserted notability. I create stubs sometimes, when I am researching an article on one guy, and I come across a reference to a namesake, someone with the same name or a very similar name. So. I can see from my records that, while expanding the article on another Rustam Akhmyarov. Doing so prevents confusion later, when someone might conflate the two individuals. I always provide at least one reference when I create these stubs. For my records I would like to verify the reason the article was deleted. How difficult would it be for you to consult your records, and let me know? Cheers! -- Geo Swan 22:09, 30 March 2007 (UTC)
===== Small changes in "Brazil" article: I do not have the right to change the article "Brazil". Could you please replace the paragraph about the space agency by the following paragraphs (section of Science and Technology): After a succesful enterpreneurship in the manufacturing of small and medium airplanes, Brazil is looking for developing space technology. This effort is being coordinated by the Brazilian Space Agency (Agencia Espacial Brasileira). We have already fabricated satellites and an astronaut has recently visited the international space station (traveling in a Russian spacecraft). However, we still need to make a working space launcher, our initial tests were unsuccesful (due to lack of funds and a certain embargo of parts from developed countries who consider this technology to be sensitive). Brazilian satellites are helping, for example, to monitor the Amazon region. Brazilian agricultural throughput is being improved by the application of bio-technology. Recently, a project called Xylella fastidiosa Genome Project [Nature's paper] has decoded the genetic code of a plague that affects orange trees. We have also developed a medicine to control hypertension based upon rattlesnake's poison. Our flora and fauna provides a unique environment to discover new medicines.RobertomalanciniRoberto Signpost updated for April 2nd, 2007.

"AVL CRUISE" Wiki PageDear Adam, According to the log in wikipedia, you deleted the description of our vehicle simulation software tool - AVL CRUISE. The reason given is a cryptic "WP:SOFTWARE" which we do not understand, and we can't see the original page to see what was wrong with it. We'd like to reinstate the entry for CRUISE, and also take the opportunity to improve it. There are many engineers out there who would like to know what the program does, to see whether it is of any use to their specific application. Best Regards
