I don't understand your recent removal of the hatnote from Olaf Olsen (drummer). Until a few days ago, the article on him was the only article by the name Olaf Olsen, so I felt it was better to leave a hatnote in place, even though his article is now distinguished as "(drummer)". --Orange Mike | Talk14:52, 15 March 2011 (UTC)
Yes, but the {{BLP unsourced}} template is only used on articles where the subject is a living person or very small groups of people such as bands. I've added some references now so the point is irrelevant. Hut 8.508:37, 26 April 2011 (UTC)
Hey there. I hesitated a bit before writing this note because I wouldn't want to give the impression that I'm tooting my own horn, but you obviously spent a great deal of effort and diligence evaluating the candidates for the board and I thought it would be a shame if your vote went to waste despite all the dedication by accident rather than by design.
Are you aware that, by design of the voting system, a vote placing all candidates at the same rank (or ranking no candidate) has no net effect on the tally? I think it's clear that your intent is to register a "no candidate is suitable" vote; but because the way preferential voting systems work you have voted "every candidate is equally suitable" in a way that is guaranteed by design to not affect the result in any way or to even be detectable in the tally.
I don't think that there is a way to register a significant protest vote with this scheme — short of making your views public through other channels — but it's obvious that you feel that the board selection is important enough to care so casting a "null" ballot seems to go counter your intent. Just saying. — Coren(talk)00:58, 9 June 2011 (UTC)
No, he didn't create that page from scratch (unfortunately he's inactive now I think). It used to be a very popular page on Wikipedia, however some unhappy person decided they wanted it deleted because it apparently violates WP:NOT, so several votes were held until they got the result they wanted; at that point Chris Sundita decided to keep it alive in userspace rather than let a bunch of grouches take the fun and usefulness out of Wikipedia. --ಠ_ಠ node.ue ಠ_ಠ (talk) 23:20, 29 June 2011 (UTC)
Re [12] and [13], please undo your changing of "p." and "pp." to "pg." and "pgs." per for example Template:Cite book. Also please change your username from an email address to a normal username. -- Jeandré, 2011-07-24t20:51z

Please do not leave ultimatums on my talk page.
a) I am not changing my username -- had you read the talk page you would have seen the following from admin User:Alison: Robert is one of the few editors who is not obliged to change his username, as his account was created many years before the rules were changed - Alison ❤ 02:50, 22 January 2010 (UTC)
Note: I believe this is not the first time you have inquired (to use a more polite term than is really appropriate) about my username. I am pretty sure you were told the same thing back then.
b) I see nothing in the link you provided which mandates p. and pp. rather than pg. and pgs. In any event I am not going back to hunt and replace such trivialities as "pg." and "pgs." If you want to create a bot to do it, fine.
Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion template from the top of the article. Remurmur (talk) 19:34, 22 October 2011 (UTC)
