Stop making accuasations, there aren't any attacks on other users. Accusing people wrongfully good result in a blockHawkeye75 (talk) 17:37, 8 August 2016 (UTC)
First off, I request that you stop talking to me on my talk page. Second, it seems like you are reverting every edit that is found under my contributions. This is against wiki terms per edit wars. Hawkeye75 (talk) 17:41, 8 August 2016 (UTC)
You have edited many articles related to a singular topic, which many others are also interested in. Some of those edits have been problematic, so I have reverted them with explanatory edit summaries. Per WP:BRD, you are to initiate discussion on article talk pages if you wish to find a consensus. You have not done that, but rather edit-warred. Regards, James (talk/contribs) 03:32, 9 August 2016 (UTC)
Many Wikipedia policies and guidelines require notice on users' talk pages. You cannot unilaterally ban other users from posting such notices on your talk page. Regards, James (talk/contribs) 03:29, 9 August 2016 (UTC)
Hi James. Sure, guidelines say he cannot "ban" you or force you. However, it is common practice, when asked not to post at someone's talk page, for others to simply comply. Also, what purpose does it serve to post there, against his wishes, when there are alternatives? Anna Frodesiak (talk) 05:53, 9 August 2016 (UTC)

Hi, I'm here to talk about the changes I made to the KUCR wiki page. I would like to have the page be more informational and accurate. The current page is outdated. I tried making some pages, but it has been reverted due to lack of citations. All of the information can be found on KUCR.ORG. Please let me know what I can do to have the revisions be accepted. Thanks! -cutglue — Preceding unsigned comment added by Cutglue (talk • contribs) 19:46, 17 August 2016 (UTC)
Hi @Cutglue: first, it appears you have a conflict of interest on this page, so you should avoid editing the article and instead propose changes on the talk page. See WP:COI. Second, once someone has reverted your changes, the appropriate action is to initiate a discussion on the talk page. What you have done is edit-warred, which is prohibited. See WP:EW. Third, your edits have a promotional tone and have removed content. See WP:PROMO. In short, I suggest you initiate a discussion on KUCR's talk page and disclose your conflict of interest prior to editing further. Regards, James (talk/contribs) 20:25, 17 August 2016 (UTC)
I do not think I am able to commit to the time and effort that such mentorship would require. Perhaps another editor may be interested. Regards, James (talk/contribs) 08:42, 18 August 2016 (UTC)
Hard to believe you replaced that disputed detail without any discussion on the talkpage or any consensus - please don't do it again - Govindaharihari (talk) 07:22, 19 August 2016 (UTC)
WikiShootMe has a lot of new updates: OAuth-based image upload button, uploads to Commons and adds to Wikidata item with one click, right-click on the map to add a missing item, build-in Wikidata search, free images search (example for Central Cambridge)
A famous Italian song, Tanti Auguri by Raffaella Carrà, states "Com'è bello far l'amore da Trieste in giù" (literally, in English: "How great it is to make love from Trieste to below"). This is a query to find out where you shouldn't make love.
I was hoping Hawkeye learned but after seeing your post and him pretty much blowing me off when I tried to help them I think your right which is a little disappointing. I have made my final comment on the situation on Euryalus's talk as I refuse to argue with 75, Unless I'm asked back or asked something by an Admin. Invitation to the Bay Area WikiSalon series, Wednesday, August 31
Please join us in downtown San Francisco!
Hi folks,
We would like to invite you to this month's Bay Area WikiSalon. The last Wednesday evening of every month, wiki enthusiasts gather to collaborate, mingle, and learn about new projects and ideas.
We make sure to allow time for informal conversation and working on articles. Newcomers and experienced wiki users are encouraged to attend. Free Wi-Fi is available so bring your editing devices. We will have beverages and light snacks. We will also have a brief presentation for your education and possible enjoyment:
Former EFF intern Marta Belcher will discuss crowdsourcing her Stanford Law School graduation speech using a wiki. The "WikiSpeech" was the subject of prominent national media attention in 2015, and more than half of her classmates contributed to writing and editing the commencement address via a wiki.
Please note: You shouldregister here, and bring a photo ID that matches your registration name. The building policy is strict on the I.D. part. This also helps us figure out how much food and drink to bring in! Feel free to stop by even if only to say a quick hello, but you might have to give us a last minute call if you forget to RSVP. Also, don't be shy about hitting us up if you have thoughts on speakers or wiki-related activities.
Tonight: Live and archived links for Bay Area WikiSalon
Bay Area WikiSalon, Wednesday, August 31:
If you cannot join us in person tonight, we are streaming (and later archiving) the presentation by former EFF intern Marta Belcher. We expect her to be live starting between 6:30 or 6:45 p.m. PDT and talking and taking questions for about 30 minutes thereafter.
