User talk:Ipodnano05/Archive 2More information for The Climb (song)Hey, Liquidluck. I found some info about the climb on an interview with Peter Chelsom but I'm not really sure how to add it to the article. Here is the the link. Could you see? It serves as a more to add for "Hoedown Throwdown", Hannah Montana: The Movie, and the soundtrack. And there is also another source for "The Climb". Also, our conversations have been all over the place so let's keep it in your talk page. Just contact me by leaving the Template:Talkback on my talkpage. -- Ipodnano05 (talk) 01:15, 24 November 2009 (UTC)
Good Article nomination for The Climb (song)Hey, I've been observing your efforts from my watchlist earlier and just wanted to say you guys are doing a good job. Is therre anything in my review so far that you're not sure about or not happy with? If you want me, just leave {{tb|Liquidluck|More information for The Climb (song)}} on my talk page! It's official! Congratulations, The Climb (song) is now a Good Article. All that remains for me to say is that I wish you the very best of luck with a future peer review and FA bid! It's been a pleasure working with the two of you. HJMitchell You rang? 05:22, 24 November 2009 (UTC)
GAHi! I was just browsing through WP:GAN looking for something to do and noticed you have a few outstanding noms. I enjoyed working with you last time so, if you fancy working together again, just drop me a line and let me know which one you want reviewed first. I have a few things on at the minute, but nothing so challenging I couldn't spare you a few hours for a GA review! Best regards, HJMitchell You rang? 20:31, 25 November 2009 (UTC)

I'm sorry I couldn't be active and help with that one and the others for the last few days - I had a really important research paper due for a really hard teacher, so I forced myself to be less active and to stay off completely the last few days and work on it (I haven't slept for the last two nights ;) ). But I'm back now, and the reviews I was doing are pretty much done (those are so time consuming, I don't think I'll be very active there) so I'll be active again! Is the article still at User:Ipodnano05/HT:TM? I think the crit reception for The Climb looks good, and I tried to copy edit it, but I could only find two really tiny errors. I hope the PR helps. I'm working on the casting section. Do you think you can rewrite the plot section? I copy and pasted the old one, but I think it might be better to just start over. The song names should be in parenthesis, but they shouldn't be bolded. The entire summary should be about 700 words, the shorter the better.Liqudluck✽talk 00:42, 9 December 2009 (UTC)

7 thingsI was wondering if you've come across any links that would be useful for composition- especially if they mention her saying "sha" over and over. Also, does she count her band in on the album? I know she does for the music video, but I'm not sure if I should mention it if she doesn't on the album. Liqudluck✽talk 00:56, 22 December 2009 (UTC)
Hey Liquid, I think the accusations about Nick Jonas should be in a new section between live performances and track listings, since most of them touch on her wearing his medical necklace in the video and putting that before the music video would be kind of weird. I think there were a lot of people commenting on this so the section can be bulked. Also I found this image, I don't if it is copyrighted. And about the background section, it's very messy due to that long quote. The events are not organized in sequence. I'd think it'd probably be best if we'd take about half of the quote and make it a paragraph. -- ipodnano05 * leave@message 18:11, 22 December 2009 (UTC)

Taylor Swift discographyYour edits were in no such way discussed. You just went in and did it w/o discussing. I, too, am willing to compromise. January 2010Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you recently tried to give Our Song (song) a different title by copying its content and pasting it into another page with a different name. This is known as a "cut and paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is needed for attribution and various other purposes. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history. In most cases, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page. This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other articles that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Cut and paste move repair holding pen. Thank you. Disputed non-free use rationale for File:The Time of Our Lives Miley Cyrus UK.jpgThank you for uploading File:The Time of Our Lives Miley Cyrus UK.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale. If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator within a few days in accordance with our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Taylor Swift discography RIANZI disagree with the recent changes you made to Taylor Swift discography regarding removing the New Zealand certiications, the RIANZ is reputable & I don't think that being a smaller market is enough reason for removal. Please consider. Nowyouseeme - Tà£k 13:36, 15 March 2010 (UTC)
Taylor Swift albumI don't think you properly looked through all of my changes. It's fine if you want to keep some of the information in there, but there are a lot of unnecessary things included in the article that aren't specific to the album or (at least as I see it) necessary to the lead. e.g. The page contains an artist background, which doesn't seem appropriate to the album page since it is also located in the artist page; most well done album pages that I've seen don't include this type of information. The lead also contains information about Taylor Swift's individual awards, e.g. Grammy Award for Best New Artist, but fails to link this information to anything pertaining the album. I think, as an artist award, this information should be located in the artist page unless the connection between the album and the award is made clear. It discusses her music as a blend between country and pop, but the genre listed for her is country pop -- which I feel makes such a long sentence redundant. Also, IMO, NPOV is at risk through the use of certain verbs that don't procure neutral connotations, i.e. "spun." This is an encyclopedia, not a press release. If you want to discuss what information you feel should be kept in the lead and what should not, I think that is a more appropriate and productive discussion. I don't think you need to discuss her search a producer in the lead, for instance; I feel that it would suffice to say *in the lead* that it was produced by Nathan Chapman. The rest of the article provides that detail and depth. British Hit Singles & Albums (19th ed.). London: Guinness World Records Limited. ISBN 1-904994-10-5. for after 2006 you can use ChartsPlus, find the chart entry date from chartstats/everyhit etc and go to here and find the issue number for the particular article and format like this > "The Official UK Singles Chart for the week ending January 14, 2007". ChartsPlus (282). Milton Keynes: IQ Ware Ltd: 3. April 2010 GAN backlog elimination drive

I think it's a brilliant idea and I've offered my support. I just wondered if you'd thought of spamming article talk pages or regular editors in the area? I only ask because I have a surprising number of Miley-related articles on my watchlist and this is the first I've heard of it. Best, HJ Mitchell | Penny for your thoughts? 11:05, 30 March 2010 (UTC)
