If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question and then place Hi, Infovarius, I see you were taking a look at the article on Lamb waves. If you have access to some good non-copyright dispersion curves or software to generate some, they would make a valuable addition to the article. For intellectual property type reasons, I am not finding it easy to put any in myself. For example, it would be great if we could put in phase and group velocity curves for the first four or five modes in steel (the "Krautkramer steel" 5890m/s and 3260m/s is convenient) for an fd range 0 to 5mmMHz. It this within your powers ? Adrian Pollock (talk) 02:18, 7 February 2008 (UTC)

Thank you for your work on patrolling pages and tagging for speedy deletion. I just wanted to inform you that I declined to delete Moscow Theological Academy and Seminary, a page that you tagged for speedy deletion because of the following concern: the criterion you used does not cover this kind of page or the reason you specified is not a valid reason for speedy deletion. Please review the criteria for speedy deletion and especially what is considered non-criteria. In future you should rather tag such pages for proposed deletion or start an appropriate deletion discussion. We noticed though that when you edited List of things named after Karl Weierstrass, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Weierstrass theorem (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject. Also: it's linked from "FP" in articles about his compositions, - the shorter the better. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 15:40, 27 January 2017 (UTC)
