However, remember that in medical articles is especially important that we use reliable secondary sources per WP:MEDRS. Best regards. --BallenaBlanca (Talk) 12:28, 1 April 2017 (UTC) Disambiguation link notification for April 3Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Lichen simplex chronicus, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Stigma. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 09:57, 3 April 2017 (UTC) with regards this edit: [1] There is no particular need to replace a textbook source with a secondary source. Also note that you moved the references in the text. Please take great care when moving references that the source actually still supports the text you are moving it to. See WP:INTEGRITY for more info. We typically use review articles, major textbooks and position statements of national or international organizations (There are several kinds of sources that discuss health: here is how the community classifies them and uses them). WP:MEDHOW walks you through editing step by step. A list of resources to help edit health content can be found here. The edit box has a built-in citation tool to easily format references based on the PMID or ISBN. We also provide style advice about the structure and content of medicine-related encyclopedia articles. The welcome page is another good place to learn about editing the encyclopedia. Re:BannerHi, I've created my own banner via individually creating the buttons in the most amateur of programs, Microsoft Paint. Yep. You'll have to make each button individually and then upload it to Wiki Commons. Then, all you need to do is use the photo layout, chose the size and centre the banner/navigation. Hope that helped. September 2017Hello, I'm Zackmann08. Thank you for your recent contributions to Replantation. I noticed that when you added the image to the infobox, you added it as a thumbnail. In the future, please do not use thumbnails when adding images to an infobox (see WP:INFOBOXIMAGE). What does this mean? Well in the infobox, when you specify the image you wish to use, instead of doing it like this:
Instead just supply the name of the image. So in this case you can simply do:
There will then be a separate parameter for the image caption such as Copying within Wikipedia requires proper attribution Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.
