ThanksHey thanks for reverting the vandalism on my page. Semi protection on my user page would be helpful in case he comes back. Thanks again.--QB1dog 02:25, 1 July 2007 (UTC)
What exacly do I need to do with the Clark Adams page? He was president of Internet Infidels and co-founder of Secular Coalition for America. That should be enough I believe, but if not, please tell me what I should do to keep the article. I created this article because I was looking for information about Adams myself. My first choice was to look for it at Wikipedia, but I didn't find an article there so I googled some and found information which I added. What more do I need to add, how, where and why? /Benzocaine 17:33, 1 July 2007 (UTC)

Smile at others by adding {{subst:Smile}} to their talk page with a friendly message. excuse methe article about janey jolly was hardly innapropriate. it was merely informative and gave no graphic details of the video. in fact, i have never seen the video, so stop deleting my posts. i bet you deleted my vo sot vo page too. Tenney1337 02:42, 5 July 2007 (UTC)
alright i understand about the janey jolly page. but the vo sot vo page is about a really great band around my area that has been influencing the minds of me and my friends, as well as others around the area. and they have been looked at by record labels.Tenney1337 02:52, 5 July 2007 (UTC)

Also, can I still get acess to what I posted and what was deleted? I spent a better part of my day writing it and would like to reference it. Thank you. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by AvaGuru (talk • contribs) 01:59, 6 July 2007.

I didn't notice that both users had (very obviously) violated the 3 revert rule - I'll warn both of them about it. You're right, it wasn't really vandalism, but the IP was making bad faith edits (after all what good faith rationale can you have for reverting 7 times with a sockpuppet IP?) and that's the main reason I blocked it. ugen64 03:49, 29 July 2007 (UTC)

Guyz Nite SourceHey Ginkgo 100! I was looking for Guyz Nite on Wikipedia today and I saw that the article had been deleted. When I looked at the delete log, it seemed like the band was eliglible to be listed, but there was no clear, official source to validate their connection with Live Free or Die Hard. I looked on the official film website http://www.livefreeordiehard.com/index_site.html and viewed the TV spots. The first spot has the Guyz Nite song in it. I think you've already seen the NY Times article about them, but I can tell that the connection is for real. I'm somewhat new to Wikipedia, so I wasn't sure if the best way to get the article back up was to write it myself, contact you, or contact the original poster. Anyway, you seemed like the best way to start. I just wanted to make sure you have this information! Thanks, FreddyGeo

How to get the box of current women heads of state into the English woman articleI looked at the French site for woman & it has a box of current women heads of state. I tried to cut and paste it into the English article, but in the edit box it appears in template form, with Two{'s atthefront and Two}'s attheend of a template. Anyway, I have the fuller query at the Talk Page of the Woman article. Dogru144 22:55, 19 August 2007 (UTC)
Fear of children and childbirthThere is a correlating evidence in some literature that suggests that the fear of children affects the public's perceptions of pregnancy rights, particularly in the U.S. A book called Somebody Else's Children: The Courts, the Kids, and the Struggle to Save America's Troubled Families by John Hubner and Jill Wolfson discusses this; however, I don't feel their case is supported enough to actually cite them in your article. As an alternative I added the see also section. Accordingly, I also thought there is a logical connection between the fear of childbirth and any discussion of pregnancy rights. – Freechild (¡!¡!¡!¡) 22:04, 20 August 2007 (UTC)

Space Industries Incorporated--JayHenry 18:58, 29 August 2007 (UTC) Re: Report at WP:AIVI apologize ahead of time for launching into a large diatribe on your talk page. Please delete it after you read it if you wish. Manson 0015 (talk · contribs) had been warned multiple times by multiple wikipedia users in regards to creating inappropriate pages as far back as May 2007. I tagged the article twice in one day to be speedily deleted and warned them both times before asking that they be blocked (although after looking at the initial warning, it doesn't stand out and appears to be a part of the speedy deletion template. oops, heh). Knowingly creating articles that are inappropriate after being asked not to four times seems to be vandalism. I could have been a bit more verbose in asking that they read the four large wikipedia speedy deletion templates, two of which had been there for three to four months. I suppose that it was too much to assume that the orange box that says "new messages" was actually clicked, but it seemed obvious that the user was checking messages because they responded to the last warning. I'm normally good about not biting the newbies (I consider myself a newbie after all). In this case the user was, I had to assume, knowingly creating (and recreating immediately after being deleted) inappropriate pages with complete disregard to being asked not to. How should I have handled it? (and I ask that question sincerely) BURNyA 19:36, 1 September 2007 (UTC)
Ok great, thanks for the heads up. I had never seen {{uw-create3}} until now but it would have been much more appropriate. BURNyA 22:28, 1 September 2007 (UTC) Arden Wohlhi there ! 24.185.136.255 (talk · contribs · WHOIS)About the block of 24.185.136.255 (talk · contribs · WHOIS) - can you consider putting that back at a week? If you look at [2], he does the same things every day, and has done so for weeks now. I've yet to see him do it under any other IP address - he just seems to wait out each one and continue again. So, seeing that he uses the same IP for weeks to do the same vandalism, I think that a day is not enough (in fact it is just about the period that he puts in between each revert anyway), and that putting it back at a week or even a longer time should save us from further trouble. Thanks and regards, The Behnam 04:13, 5 September 2007 (UTC)
thanksthanks for your message. the wikipedia guidelines, policies & processes are now much more complex than when i first joined in in fall 2005. probably a separated wiki should be created about them. again, thanks for the directions.Anonimu 10:56, 5 September 2007 (UTC)

RE:Reporting at AIVWhat about if that user has made 4 vandalism edits, would that be enough to justify a block. Willirennen 21:47, 12 September 2007 (UTC)
Dreadfulwater(cross post) Hi, in answer to your question at AIV, the user stopped merely adding controversial unsourced info, but today also started removing the wikimarkup and blanking. diff diff diff Thanks for blocking him/her, I hope now s/he starts communicating instead of 3RRing.
