I'm happy that you created an article about the author of Re:Zero, but do you think that Wikipedia is really ready for an article about him? Personally, I don't feel that he meets WP:AUTHOR yet - he comes closest to meeting point #3, but I don't think he quite meets it. Perhaps it would be best to redirect it to Re:Zero for now, like I did with Okayado and Monster Musume? G S Palmer (talk • contribs) 13:02, 25 September 2016 (UTC)

New deal for page patrollersHi G S Palmer, In order to better control the quality of new pages, keep out the spam, and welcome the genuine newbies, the current system we introduced in 2011 is being updated and improved. The documentation and tutorials have also been revised and given a facelift. Most importantly a new user group New Page Reviewer has been created. Under the new rule, you may find that you are temporarily unable to mark new pages as reviewed. However, this is nothing to worry about - most current experienced patrollers are being accorded the the new right without the need to apply, and if you have significant previous experience of patrolling new pages, we strongly encourage you to apply for the new right as soon as possible - we need all the help we can get, and we are now providing a dynamic, supportive environment for your work. Find out more about this exiting new user right now at New Page Reviewers and be sure to read the new tutorial before applying. He apparently still doesn't know how to copy within Wikipedia while giving proper attribution since it looks like he may have yanked them out of the main Twin Star Exorcists article. Anyhow, I notice that some of the episode summaries may have been contributed by you. Can you verify which of the summaries you wrote from scratch? If you did, then they could be restored to the article with proper attribution to Twin Star Exorcists (per WP:CWW). Otherwise, they'll have to be omitted. Many of the summaries were identical to summaries found at Wikia, but in the case of this episode summary it looks like you submitted it several days before it appeared at Wikia. Any help you can provide here would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and sorry for the hassle. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 06:00, 31 December 2016 (UTC)

To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. —Farix (t | c) 03:21, 24 January 2018 (UTC) Copyrighted Content on DARLING in the FRANXX PageHey there, could you help me understand what copyrighted information was included on the edits to the DARLING in the FRANXX page? ![]() Hi, I'm RonBot, a script that checks new non-free file uploads. I have found that the subject image that you recently uploaded was more than 5% in excess of the Non-free content guideline size of 100,000 pixels. I have tagged the image for a standard reduction, which (for jpg/gif/png/svg files) normally happens within a day. Please check the reduced image, and make sure that the image is not excessively corrupted. Other files will be added to Category:Wikipedia non-free file size reduction requests for manual processing. There is a full seven-day period before the original oversized image will be hidden; during that time you might want to consider editing the original image yourself (perhaps an initial crop to allow a smaller reduction or none at all). A formula for calculation the desired size can be found at WP:Image resolution, along with instructions on how to tag the image in the rare cases that it requires an oversized image (typically about 0.2% of non-free uploads are tagged as necessarily oversized). Please contact the bot owner if you have any questions, or you can ask them at Wikipedia talk:Non-free content. Kobayashi Genre. You undid my edit on Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid, wherein I added the genre of “Yuri” to the list, on the grounds that my citation makes no mention of this. Crystal ballingWith reference to this - it's not a film. Films seem to be an exception to WP:CRYSTAL, I guess because their dates are more locked in stone because there's such a lot of stuff going on around them. But it is an exception - if you look at TV shows etc they just categorise in the "Upcoming xxx" categories. My real issue with that edit is that it generates a red-linked category Category:2019 anime OVAs which goes against WP:REDNOT - I'd rather just see it in Upcoming xxx at this stage. So if you're going to make edits like that, you should create the associated category, or find a way to disable the category link being made automagically for future events. I just wanted to get a better understanding of your undo for the mention I posted in the Made in Abyss article regarding Meinya. My post was based on numerous instances within the manga which both show through graphical depiction and dialog between Prushka and other characters that Meinya's scent allows people to see a path and avoid the effects of the curse. Ch30 p15 - Prushka states that Meinya's eyes and legs can sense things humans cannot, and that the curse of the 5th layer does not deprive the senses of those who are not human in her dialog with Riko. Ch33 p9-10 - Prushka instructs Riko as they have apparently done before that Riko should smell Meinya's scent and slowly go towards it following Meinya. The next page shows Prushka then guiding Riko up the forbidden stairs. Prushka does not have an issue with the stairs like she has in the past (see Ch37 p12). She states her hair has curled as a result of receiving the 5th layer's curse(see Ch37 p13). Ch37 p12-14 - In a flashback we see Prushka follow Meinya up the forbidden stairs without having known of Meinya's scent. She succumbs to the curse as a result. As she recovers Prushka notices the change in her appearance as well as the fact that Meinya has not been affected in the same manner. She continues to investigate the forbidden areas of Idofront, and exclaims to a member of the Umbra Hands that when she sniffs Meinya's fur she can see "fuzzy stuff" she could not see before (remember that Nanachi can also see the curse and used the fog weave to describe her sight and the workings of the curse to Reg). The Umbra Hand states he has heard of such things in the Abyss' creatures, and ponders if Bondrewd is ok with Prushka's new found freedom. Prushka states Bondrewd is not aware of the secret she holds with Meinya, and asks to keep it a secret. On the next page she exclaims that Meinya should use the sense of sight to see everything and watch her go on adventures. I'm not saying that I cited evidence properly with my prior addition. I tried including the chapters as citations. Should I use the page references as well? I am simply trying to be more clear on Meinya's attributes based on the above evidence.Nightsky30 (talk) 02:17, 20 March 2019 (UTC)

Voting in the 2022 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 12 December 2022. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment.
