Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed! Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by I dream of horses was:
This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.
The comment the reviewer left was:
If Adam is notable, he is barely notable.
I'll go ahead and ping the deleting admin, Stifle, so he can compare this to the deleted version.
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit when they have been resolved.
If you would like to continue working on the submission, go to Draft:Adam Kontras and click on the "Edit" tab at the top of the window.
If you now believe the draft cannot meet Wikipedia's standards or do not wish to progress it further, you may request deletion. Please go to Draft:Adam Kontras, click on the "Edit" tab at the top of the window, add "{{db-self}}" at the top of the draft text and click the blue "publish changes" button to save this edit.

I dream of horses, I did not submit this article for review. It looks like it was recently moved out of my User namespace by Legacypac without my consent. The fact that its contents were identical to the deleted article was known and deliberate. If and when I am ready to make changes to the article, that would be when I would move it to the Draft namespace and request review. I ask that someone please move it back to where it was. —Gordon P. I'm just cleaning up old userspace drafts from before Nov 2015 and very very rarely that touches an active editor. This one looked like it had potential. However if it is a page that was deleted, userspace is not for the indefinite hosting of content deleted by discussion. Legacypac (talk) 22:00, 15 March 2019 (UTC)
Basically, what Legacypac said. If you don't intend on improving the draft, let it become stale by not editing for six months so it can speedily deleted. You can store deleted Wikipedia articles elsewhere. The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of television actors who died during production until a consensus is reached, and anyone, including you, is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.
Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion notice from the top of the article. AldezD (talk) 20:27, 16 March 2019 (UTC)
The Numismatic Collaboration of the Month will be making a return in May. Feel free to make nominations.
Project news
As you can see, the project now has a newsletter. This first issue was sent to all members, but future issues will only be sent to users who subscribe.
A new task force focusing on American currency has been started.
A barnstar was created for the project last month, Enterlousy was the first to be awarded.
An article you recently created, Hal Blair, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.
