On June 21, there will be a multi-national edit-a-thon, if you wish to participate. Here is the project page for Houston: Wikipedia:Meetup/Houston/Wiki Loves Pride 2014. Ways to help? Create or improve LGBT-related articles, host an edit-a-thon at a local coffeeshop, library or other location, or photograph LGBT culture and history in the Houston area. Visit the project page for more information, and if you are interested in contributing, just add your name to the list of supporters or add the results of your work. Thanks for your consideration! --Another Believer (Talk) 20:35, 11 May 2014 (UTC) A barnstar for you!
Hi, Hi Flightx52, I´m sorry if it feels intrusive, I just need voluntary users who will participate in this research. I can obviously understand if it feels weird, since you are listed as a retired member. I am however investing time in selecting what kind of users should be interviewed so that we can get the "whole picture" about understanding the roles and behaviors of users in general. I am basically e-mailing those users who left their e-mail option available in their UserPage, hoping that they will share the view and need for this ongoing research, and that they will not feel spammed. I would be happy to answer any questions you may have about it, and I am still very new to Wikipedia, so I will appreciate any input as well! Thank you for your understanding!Iasalcan (talk) 09:51, 6 July 2016 (UTC) TalkbackHello, Flightx52. You have new messages at Cameron11598's talk page.

Voting in the 2016 Arbitration Committee elections is open from Monday, 00:00, 21 November through Sunday, 23:59, 4 December to all unblocked users who have registered an account before Wednesday, 00:00, 28 October 2016 and have made at least 150 mainspace edits before Sunday, 00:00, 1 November 2016. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate in the 2016 election, please review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
