(Of course, any effort by the creator to improve the thing halted after you tagged it.) There is no hurry. I give articles at least an hour before tagging for deletion, unless they are attack pages. I generally wait 2 hours after creation before thinking about deleting them. Did you search the internet for possible sourcing of the subject?
