Thanks for letting me know. I asked on the reviwer talk page if they were granting, but never checked if they responded.Dan653 (talk) 00:17, 28 June 2012 (UTC)
I am currently patrolling Special: Logs to look for username violations, and I see that you are marking hiding inappropriate feedback to articles. How can I find the feedback ratings? Electriccatfish2 (talk) 01:07, 28 June 2012 (UTC)
[1] Vote a post up or down; feature good questions, hide the post if its all caps, giberish, lots of repeating characters, has curses in it, or isn't english; mark for oversight if a persons email, website, or phone # is in the post or links to a porn sight. I don't think you have to flag pages as abuse since you can hide them yourself if you are an admin, or have rollbacker/reviewer rights. Dan653 (talk) 01:19, 28 June 2012 (UTC)
Hello, Dan. You recently hid the following comment: Special:ArticleFeedbackv5/Megachile/150171. This may be all caps, and may not be ethical, but it is still helpful stuff. I'd recommend hiding spam (fjiorwasngoawr), dumb comments (hi! my email is john@doe.com), and unrelated comments (A comment on Airbus 340 about Justin Bieber). Thank you. --J(t)00:40, 5 July 2012 (UTC)
Hi! I saw that you removed the warning I gave. I reinstated it with a uw-attempt, as that IP triggered the edit filter four times, as seenhere. In the future, please do not remove my warnings without checking both the abuse log and the user's contributions. Thank you,Electriccatfish2 (talk) 22:25, 5 July 2012 (UTC).
Hi! It's fine. I probably would have done the same as you in that situation. Also, Elizium23's student, Dede2008 got indeffed by Elockid for spamming. Electriccatfish2 (talk) 21:36, 6 July 2012 (UTC)
I've noticed a rather disturbing thread forming here - the talk page of my student, no less. I haven't intervened yet or made any comments... but as his instructor, I'm wondering if I should do something. Any advice appreciated, Sarge!TheopolismeTALK18:20, 7 July 2012 (UTC) TB Please!
Keep a close eye. He seems to be making veiled attacks right now, but if they become more than that we might have to report him. As said, keep watch, I'll watchlist him too. Dan653 (talk) 00:04, 8 July 2012 (UTC)
A barnstar for you!

Thanks for fixing my instructions for instructors - I tend to ramble an insane amount (just try talking to me in real life!) - anyways, thanks - I needed that! :) Theopolisme TALK21:08, 8 July 2012 (UTC)
Oh, don't worry commenting on that is already on my things to do list. I got on at 4 trying to catch-up on everything that happened on here and I hope to finish by 5:30. Fun stuff :D Dan653 (talk) 21:18, 8 July 2012 (UTC)
Heh, breathe deeply. I'm doing AFT and STiki at the same time, which gets rather interesting when you start trying to use STiki key combos on a piece of feedback - (guilty blush) I literally spent 5 minutes trying to flag something as spam with the "S" key.TheopolismeTALK21:22, 8 July 2012 (UTC)
Hi Dan653, I noticed this comment from you on a recent permissions request. While I don't want to discourage you from commenting there, I would like to point out that "endorsement" comments are not recommended for two reasons: 1. they are not helpful for admins who review and approve/decline the requests (no admin will skip making their own review just because someone endorsed; also, a comment such as "looks good to me", something similar to that, or the agreement of that type of comment don't give any insight into why someone should receive a particular userright), and 2. a request for rollback, reviewer, etc. is not a request for adminship, therefore "votes" to support/oppose people are counter-productive and risk turning requests into "mini-RfAs". Also seethis thread, which covers much of what I'm talking about, and this comment from me recently.
This all being said, if you find a reason why a user shouldn't receive a particular userright, such as bad reverts for someone requesting rollback or the creation of unsourced pages for someone requesting autopatrolled, that sort of input is definitely welcomed and very helpful, but if there's nothing wrong with a request, nothing needs to be said! :) I hope this wasn't harsh...it's not meant to be a warning, just a note! Thanks for your help and interest in the area. Best. Acalamari10:09, 10 July 2012 (UTC)
Hey, I'm on my iPod and as such have a hard time sending out messages. Would you mind pinging some of the other CVUA'ers and asking them to take a look at the new Enroll page? I'm rather jumpy to get this out! :) Theopolisme TALK17:18, 10 July 2012 (UTC)
