merge proposal

I see you tagged Norelgestromin/ethinylestradiol for merging into Norelgestromin, however, you did not start a merge discussion stating why you think the merge should occur. A merge is unlikely to happen unless the reasoning is described (see steps at WP:MERGE). Also, in 2020 there was a brief discussion about merging it into contraceptive patch.
