November 2012Hello, I'm McGeddon. Your recent edit to the page Universal Serial Bus appears to have added incorrect information, so I removed it for now. If you believe the information was correct, please cite a reliable source or discuss your change on the article's talk page. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. McGeddon (talk) 16:16, 24 November 2012 (UTC) Apologies for the templating there, looks like you were maybe just reverting the wrong edit? --McGeddon (talk) 16:19, 24 November 2012 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for January 13Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited BT Wi-fi, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Fon (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject. My keyboard must have been greasy ;-) Best, HarryZilber (talk) 15:58, 13 January 2013 (UTC)
UV POV Dispute resolutionHi, I can't find anything in the noticeboard about the dispute resolution you filed (Wikipedia:Dispute_resolution_noticeboard#Talk:UltraViolet_(system)). Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place. But instead of filing a dispute about a POV tag, why don't you just create a new Criticism section in the UltraViolet article, starting with a few key points (again, feel free to take them from my UV FAQ page as a published source). And then through the magic of Wikipedia, I'm sure others will jump in and add details. JimTheFrog (talk) 00:14, 9 February 2013 (UTC) Article Feedback deploymentHey BurritoBazooka; I'm dropping you this note because you've used the article feedback tool in the last month or so. On Thursday and Friday the tool will be down for a major deployment; it should be up by Saturday, failing anything going wrong, and by Monday if something does :). I have automatically detected that your edit to Stimulant may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "()"s and 1 "<>"s likely mistaking one for another. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

I'm trying to edit a table, and seem to have encountered a problem regarding the placement of some text into a specific cell. See the annotated screenshot for more information: http://i.imgur.com/ioT2LYY.png This is the page where the table is currently located (it's the lower table): I've used the visual editor on the table, so it may be a bug related to that. The characters "||" don't seperate the cell, and appear in plaintext in the interpreted version of the article.. Thank you in advance :) --BurritoBazooka (talk) 23:05, 9 October 2013 (UTC)
Opting in to VisualEditorAs you may know, VisualEditor ("Edit beta") is currently available on the English Wikipedia only for registered editors who choose to enable it. Since you have made 50 or more edits with VisualEditor this year, I want to make sure that you know that you can enable VisualEditor (if you haven't already done so) by going to your preferences and choosing the item, " Can I steal your "this user hates userboxes..."?

You reverted my edit of the U.S. Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court from Democratic Party to Republican Party. You are entirely correct. I forgot that Chief Justice Roberts makes those appointments to FISC, not Obama -- among the rarest of exceptions to presidential appointments of federal judges. Thank you for the correction. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 09:37, 4 December 2015 (UTC) Location map projectionsYou should not create location maps with projections other than equirectangular unless you know the formulas to map coordinates to points. Using the built-in equirectangular formulas for a non-equirectangular map, like you did on Module:Location map/data/County Dublin, will cause an unacceptable level of inaccuracy. Please either use the proper formulas, replace the map with an equirectangular one, or request that the map be deleted. Jackmcbarn (talk) 22:46, 6 December 2015 (UTC)
AQMI Flag.svgCould you please revert the current version of the ISIL Flag to your own, correct, version? There's an edit war going on with users unknowingly reverting to the incorrect versions that have SVG transparency on the seal. --Coconaut (talk) 15:00, 14 December 2015 (UTC)

FWiW Bzuk (talk) 21:55, 23 December 2015 (UTC) Moved here from elsewhereHI BurritoBazooka Thanks for helping me today I think what you have done is correct. There is no way I can think of that the Sumerians could have measured the elevation angle to the stars better than about 4 pr 5 minutes of arc. This would have given them an accuracy of about 1 percent in the circumference of the earth. The professors who rejected my paper for using the value of 2 cubits = 994 mm were either a little bit nuts or they know something we don't . I would have accepted 1.00 meters but they did not give me a chance Thanks againRoland Boucher (talk) 23:52, 1 January 2016 (UTC) PHP.net links working?Hi. Do PHP.net links work for you over HTTPS?
