Speedy deletion nomination of Dr. Njoroge Mungai
A tag has been placed on Dr. Njoroge Mungai requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, a "See also" section, book references, category tags, template tags, interwiki links, a rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content. If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. →Στc. 07:20, 7 February 2012 (UTC) Speedy deletion nomination of Dr. Joseph Maina Mungai

In your recent article edits, you've added some links pointing to disambiguation pages. Hello, I notice that you recently created a new page, Disambiguation Joseph Mungai. First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as yourself. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page - Joseph Mungai (disambiguation). Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will continue helping to improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at Joseph Mungai (disambiguation) - you might like to discuss new information at the article's talk page. If you think that the article you created should remain separate, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions. Nat Gertler (talk) 16:29, 19 February 2012 (UTC) TalkbackHello, Blurbzone. {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} , but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. You are not allowed to edit Wikipedia while the threats stand or the legal action is unresolved. -- Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 21:08, 19 February 2012 (UTC) Legal threat is here -- Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 21:16, 19 February 2012 (UTC)

Blurbzone (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log)) Request reason: your reason here....I fail to see which threat is stated by Zebedee..., or why they've failed to note that I was writing a suggestion with valid reasons why. Blurbzone (talk) 21:19, 19 February 2012 (UTC) Decline reason: As BsZ has pointed out, this is clearly a legal threat. Unless you make a complete and unequivocal retraction, you'll remain blocked. Favonian (talk) 21:32, 19 February 2012 (UTC) If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked. "I request that, unless you're trying to get Wikipedia into suable territory, that you remove the deletion tag immediately." is a clear legal threat -- Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 21:21, 19 February 2012 (UTC) I'm afraid that the kangaroo court approach is also unacceptable. Boing! has not read what I wrote, otherwise he or she (and the other 2 parties who involved themselves) would not misconstrue the situation. I state there is no threat, there is only implication that Boing! was on a very thin line by threatening deletion of a newly completed page, and falsely claiming to know that there is only one person with the name disambiguated on the page. General media and I can fully dispute Boing!'s claim. There is also mixup on the page versions......the page which should be set for deletion is "Disambiguation.....", a previous version of Joseph Mungai (disambiguation). The deletion notice received did not state the previous version, so I'm specifically requesting that the 2nd version not be deleted. On page creation issues: There seems no way to change the page/article name during editing, so the older versions stay on, and from other talk received today, there was a redirect placed on the older version, so be careful which one is deleted. Talkback if any issues remain after this note. Blurbzone (talk) 22:12, 19 February 2012 (UTC)

Your emailIn response to your email request to be unblocked, you should be able to continue to post your unblock requests here - although you are blocked from general editing, you should still be able to edit this page. Alternatively, you can request an overturn of your block by email, by following the instructions at WP:BASC. Regarding your assertion that there was no legal threat in your words - even if you do not intend to take legal action yourself, any suggestion in any dispute that the other person may face the possibility of legal action is considered a breach of WP:NLT, which says "It is important to refrain from making comments that others may reasonably understand as legal threats, even if the comments are not intended in that fashion." And if you check the responses to your block, you will see that there are three people here who agree that you were in breach of Wikipedia's legal threat policy - me, Favonian, and Max Semenik. In order to be unblocked, you will need to unequivocally withdraw your "suggestion" (let's call it that) that my actions might get me or Wikipedia sued, and make a commitment to not use such tactics again in future. In general, if you should face disagreement here about what is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia (and you certainly will, as that's the way collaborative projects work), you should approach other editors in a friendly and civil manner rather than angrily making demands of them. If someone changes something you have written, or deletes a page you have created, I know it can be frustrating. But there is usually a good reason for it - and you will make much better progress via civil inquiry rather than by confrontation. Finally, you should have had time to read WP:Disambiguation now, so do you understand why the disambiguation page you created was inappropriate? -- Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 11:50, 21 February 2012 (UTC) Disambiguation link notificationHi.
