You're welcome, Ss112. Ed Sheeran's "Castle on the Hill" and "Shape of You" have the same case as Beyoncé's and Camila Cabello's dual singles. They should be released separately. Billboard Singles Sales chart

Hi, thanks for helping out with the Hot Singles Sales chart article. I noticed that you have quoted as a source: Joel Whitburn's Top Pop Singles 1955-2008, 12th Edition (ISBN 0-89820-180-2). My pleasure to finally see this article alive. Regarding Foo Fighters, there's no information about their Singles Sales performance on the book. The book only mentions the band's Hot 100 Airplay peaks (1995-1998) and Hot 100 positions (1999-2008). I just want to say that our edits to the opening paragraph of Kelly Clarkson's article must've followed a pattern, though your last edit was getting stuck in my head. Single type

Hi, Bluesatellite, I hope you're doing well. As I don't know well how to call kind of these singles (like "Die with a Smile") - such as Ava Max's "Sweet but Psycho" or Camila Cabello's "Señorita", so I want to ask how can I call these singles. Is these singles were defined by particular terms?

They are often called "pre-release singles". They are still "single", which is different from promotional single or "promo single", "buzz single". Debates are on whether they are the single from the album xxx or not. Bluesatellite (talk) 13:03, 4 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Then usually pre-release single "A" can be called as "album's regular or promo single", but if lead single is defined as "B", which was released later then "A", then "A" cannot be called as "album's single"?
