Hope lives! The result of the MfD on Esperanza was speedy keep based on WP:SNOW. Esperanza has helped way too many people to be summarily axed. Supporters rallied from every corner of Wikipedia! Yes, Wikipedia has its strict "let's get down to business" types, but we should chalk that up to Wikipedia's diversity. Viva la difference! I hope you return, and if you want, you could just come hang out at the Virtual classroom for awhile. We're discovering lots of new toys to play with. I've created a new tools page inspired by all the input in our recent user interface share and compare. Come check it out and tell me what you think. The Transhumanist 13:09, 16 November 2006 (UTC)
Virtual classroom updateWell, we've moved on to our second lesson in the Virtual classroom, though each lesson is continuous so we may see more additions to the interface share and compare discussion as well. The current topic of discussion is "stubbing," with a short course to kick things off provided by our resident expert on the subject, Grutness. To help keep track of what's going on, here's a template you can place at the top of your userpage or talk page: Hope to see you at the Virtual classroom soon. The Transhumanist 13:09, 16 November 2006 (UTC) Merry Christmas!Ansell, as one of my Wikifriends I would like to wish you a merry Christmas. I noticed you have chosen to take some time away. Good for you - Wikipedia's interesting but there are other things to life as well. I am now on a break myself. I have appreciated your helpful and mature editing. All the best, Colin MacLaurin 07:54, 17 November 2006 (UTC). Weet-bixHi Ansell, This is Jed Walker. I see the note about the information needing verification. My mother pieced this together from her file on her father and weet-bix. What exactly is needed for the verification? I'm having trouble finding my last note to you, I'm not really familiar with wikipedia so please provide any help you can so we can get the verification complete. Thx
Hi Ansell, I'll check with my mom, I believe she has newspaper references for it, but also a lot of it is probably her own knowledge being the inventor's daughter. I assume if anything doesn't have one it could be placed on the site with reference to her?
ThorpeMost of it is the nosnense from the original page, and I have no intention of putting in very conditional and obscure records. Anyway, Ian Thorpe is what you should belooking at if you want a review. Although it's hard to avoid the appearance of hagiography. Blnguyen (bananabucket) 04:47, 7 November 2006 (UTC)

XPLANE deletion reviewAnsell, Would you mind weighing in on the deletion review for XPLANE at Wikipedia:Deletion review/Log/2006 November 24? Your comments/opinions are much appreciated.Dgray xplane 15:56, 24 November 2006 (UTC) Just want you to know that I didn't intend this as spam. I left notes on several people's pages, including yours, based on some of their published opinions on policy. At the time I did not realize this was a faux pas and I do apologize.--Dgray xplane 00:59, 27 November 2006 (UTC)
Thanks for that! --Dweller 08:55, 27 November 2006 (UTC)
Hello. "Compared to his average of almost 100, no other player has achieved a Test average of more than 61 in a career of more than 20 innings" is currently untrue. Would you mind giving me a summary of your view on what is going on? I would like to play the role of a neutral third party in this situation, while mentoring a clearly frustrated E.Shubee. I would deeply appreciate your help in figuring this whole thing out so we can move toward a solution that both sides can live with. Cheers, -- THLCCD 23:50, 27 November 2006 (UTC) Whatever works the best for you. I have enabled E-mail, so feel free to send it at your leisure. Thanks for doing this, -- THLCCD 00:06, 28 November 2006 (UTC) Thanks for the info. I don't foresee having a problem with three adoptees. One of them just wants basic editing advice, and the other one just wants to learn how to write articles. No doubt this will be the most distracting case, but I hope to be able to bring this to a good ending for all involved while teaching E.Shubee how to meet his goals while still following policy. I appreciate the cooperation and assistance I am receiving from you. Cheers, -- THLCCD 12:22, 28 November 2006 (UTC) Let us beginI would like to get this problem solved ASAP, so let us begin the process. I would appreciate you stating your view of this dispute at User:The Hybrid/Dispute. Cheers, -- THLCCD 13:07, 28 November 2006 (UTC) Ahhh Yes I have all of my teeth.....Accidental revertHi Ansell, I'm just letting you know that you accidentally reverted my previous edit when you made a change[1] to Progressive Adventists. I added it in again. No worries, Colin MacLaurin 18:16, 30 November 2006 (UTC) Scans of Clarion-LedgerHi Ansell, Sorry for the delay. The scans you asked for are online at these addresses: http://seventhdayadventism.org/scans/prepared-1.gif http://seventhdayadventism.org/scans/prepared-2.gif http://seventhdayadventism.org/scans/prepared-3.gif Feel free to remove this entry after you look at them; if you think the images should be uploaded to Wikipedia, I can do that - they are a little big, and I decided to just show them to you this way first. Thanks, Zahakiel 05:40, 2 December 2006 (UTC)
