message from HJ32Not sure where to leave a message with all your bells and whistles and cleverness on yopur User page. Regardless, saw the vandal at play as you did and noted the prankster moved on to vandalize another page as well. Tried to place another warning using your template, but it came up with your signature, not mine. Not that I care as the point was to stop the vandalism, not get credit. Regardless, wanted you to know as I wasn't trying to use your name in vain. I only recently became aware of widespread vandalism....mainly juvenile stuff, but as my watch pages increased, so did my awareness that this is a constant issue. Cheers, HJ 14:17, 26 January 2007 (UTC) My bad....it was User talk:71.174.98.10. This vandal seems like an amateur compared to some of the serial vandals that infest Wiki-land, but Iim starting to suspect that many come from school labs where many IP addresses are used so warning one User identified solely by IP may be but one incarnation of a juvenile prankster with the equivalent of a spraycan and the temptation to use it for graffiti. As to signature, I stripped the end off your template as I liked your warning...most are so generic that I think the vandal may presume it's an automated response and only a mild warning that mentions editing and use of the sandbox, not that they are being monitoring from now on (so knock it off). Cheers, HJ 14:36, 26 January 2007 (UTC) vandalism complainthey I don't understand why you would take out my post about the diocese of providence specifically it made history in 2002 for the following. you should not take it out
Tom Clancy is afraid of flying. I cannot legitimately support this and prove it to you, as my aunt is a pilot for him. He is afraid of flying, but he must fly in order to have a business. She has to know of his phobias, as it is required by the FAA for crew to know what they are transporting and their general instructions. So, believe it or not, he is aviationaphobic. Do some research. Upload ImageThanks for helping me out a bit! But I still have got some more questions on uploading:
I would really apreciate your replies... --TomasBat 15:19, 26 January 2007 (UTC) I have got one last question...
--TomasBat 15:38, 26 January 2007 (UTC) I couldn´t upload it; a message told me that there was an errer in the uploading due to the fact that the image was not in the correct format... What does that mean? --TomasBat 15:53, 26 January 2007 (UTC) I did not type emf on my first upload, so I typed it on my second upload but I recieved a message telling me that emf. was not an acceptable format. so, which format is acceptable? --*TomasBat Talk 19:11, 26 January 2007 (UTC) I tried with all but none worked... Any suggestions? --TomasBat (Talk) 22:29, 26 January 2007 (UTC) I did not do any of that... --TomasBat (Talk) 23:20, 26 January 2007 (UTC) I have not been able to upload that image, but I have been able to upload another one... But if I do not provide more information on the summary box within 48 hours, the image will be deleted... PLEASE HELP!!! NOTE: PLEASE take a look at my talk page for more information! I am trying to upload a home-made image, which I have made using the program paint, and have got trouble doing so... I tried .emf, .btm, .wmf but they all were the wrong format... Then I tried with .jpg and it says that the file has been corrupted, but I did not alter it! please help... --TomasBat (Talk) 02:19, 27 January 2007 (UTC) No, it is the following:
Well, apparantly Wikipedia only accepts JPG images, so what I did was edit the screenshots with paint, so that they show only the real-physics, which is what I want to show, and save them as JPGs instead of bitmaps or PNGs. --TomasBat (Talk) 12:50, 31 January 2007 (UTC) Good luck to you too! --TomasBat (Talk) 12:54, 31 January 2007 (UTC) Alexander the Great WP:AIV entryHey: I saw your request for AIV for the Alexander the Great vandal. I took a look at it and agree with you (I'm not an Admin); s/he has a long history of being warned and continuing. However, he probably won't be blocked because he didn't have a 4th level warning ("This is your last warning"). I went ahead and added one, but I definitely recommend you do the same for future repeat/continuing vandals, to ensure the block. --LeyteWolfer 18:52, 26 January 2007 (UTC)

Hey AgainI definetely haven't been on alot. I'm not purposely going on a Wikibreak, but school and tennis along with just living life in the spare time I get I haven't much time to get on Wikipedia. An average night of homework for me right now keeps me up untill 10:00pm. Tennis tournaments are once a week and they are always in the evening or all day and either way I don't get home untill very late and then must start working on homework and studying, so those nights can keep me up untill 12:00pm. I don't like to consider the fact that I am on a Wikibreak, neither is it intentional, but the only way that I can avoid it is to screw my whole future over and spend time editing Wikipedia rather than studying information off of Wikipedia. I still am striving to edit in the time that I can get and am definetely not giving up Wikipedia. Once spring break and summer break hits I will be sure to edit, edit, edit. As for the whole userbox thing on my page I don't know whether there can be a winner or not, but I will get back to you with that. Well as I am procrastinating right now at 9:37pm my time I should probably get back to my history homework, math homework, latin homework, speech essay, and studying for my Romeo and Juliet and big science test tommorow.

Your vote on POTYPOTY voteHello. Thank you for your interest in the 2006 Picture of the Year contest. To vote, you must be an established Wiki editor with at least 100 edits registered either on your Commons or on your home wiki account (eg on one of the Wikipedia sites). You don't have 100 edits on your Commons account, but if you do on your home wiki, please add a diff pointing to a statement on your home wiki talk page which confirms your identity. For example: You have not provided a proper diff, I'm afraid. Please ask if you need help. --MichaelMaggs 15:50, 2 February 2007 (UTC) You didn't provide a diff, just a link to your home page. If you could add a note to your talk page now, confirming that you voted on Commons POTY, I'll add the diff into the vote for you if you like. --MichaelMaggs 16:29, 2 February 2007 (UTC) Yes, that's fine. WikireligionForestH2 is a Bureaucrat and sysop there also but he has to follow wikireligion policies witch will keep him from being like he is at wikikidsen. If he breaks any I will take away his tools ASAP. Also if you want I will make you a sysop. --James, La gloria è a dio 21:27, 3 February 2007 (UTC) I'll work on it a little when I get a chance, maybe with the lead and using citeweb for references and the like. I've never played the game, so my help with the gameplay will be little more than copyediting and referencing. As it stands, it has a good fight for GA. I just got off of wikibreak (I think) so I'm still trying to clean up a few...problems since I left (and it only was four days :) ). Also, you might want to take into consideration that there are three important flaws with Empires tat could never be addressed due to it's obscureness and defunct makers. One is that there are no present sales figures, another is a lack of an audio section, and the last is it's small size. Take these warnings with you when you put rise up for scrutiny, and I will help fix these things as best I can. I'm not too worried though: you've always been someone who puts 100% in what you do, and always gets it done. --Clyde (talk) 22:24, 3 February 2007 (UTC) Thanks!Hey Andonic, Thanks for the barnstar. My Journal 12:52, 5 February 2007 (UTC) ComplaintAndonicO, I wish to complain, I made a valid edit of the Pope John Paul II Wiki page, which you removed, and labelled as vandalism. My text (See below), is what really happened, I was there, how can you believe the official line? It's nonsense, John Paul II was a wannabe axe master, my friend, he wanted to rock, and the Holy See, didn't want the world to see. On March 31, 2005 the Pope John Paul II died after a bizarre incident, which began in the early hours the of the 31st. One witness stated "It was insane, I was woken at 5:00 am, by the sounds of ungodly music, which I now know to be the Status Quo hit, "Rockin' All Over The World". I followed the dreadful sounds, and found that they were eminating from the Pontiff's quarters, I tentatively opened his holinesses door, to a scene that will haunt me for the rest of my days. Several Cardinals were trying unsuccessfully, to calm an overtly hysterical Pontiff (over the din of the music), who was leaping vigourously about his mattress, performing what one could only describe as the heretical act of "Air Guitar". The cardinals were trying desparately to reach the stereo system by the Pontiff's bedside, but the Holy Father would thwart their actions by hurling chocolate Maltezers at the hapless clergymen, and sometimes, at the more determined, the more weighty Cadbury Cream Egg. It was when the music track changed from Status Quo, to Wings, 70s hit, "Jet", I had calmed from the initial shock, and sheltered from the barrage of flying chocolate, that I noticed the chocolate smeared liberally around the pointiff's face, hands and pyjamas, and that his usual night time attire had been replaced by a Motley Crue t-shirt. The situation swiftly turned from bad to worse, Cardinal Josef Ratzinger tried to remind the Ponitff of the day's duties, in an effort to calm his frantic behaviour, upon which, his holiness John Paul II, turned his back on Ratzinger, and bared his buttocks to the unsuspecting Cardinal, and then, when all those present, thought the Pontiff's madness could not descend any further, the Pope, placed his hands around his buttocks, and like a ventriloquist's dummy began to feign talking through his bared behind. In a deep rasping voice, he announced "I'm ready to receive my sacrament", and laughed, in that same evil rasping fashion as his put-on voice. It was like a scene from the Exorcist, the air was blue, and all of us were nearly sick....I wretched a couple of times, but nothing came up, Ratzinger however, made the sign of the Cross, and fainted. It was when the Pontiff reached for the "Ferrero Rocher", that the sick, disgusting, situation came to an end, in an act of utter of depravity, the Holy Father, attempted to pour the entire box, into his open mouth, alas it was too much, and God's Representative on Earth, collapsed, choking and gasping for air. With his last breath, he uttered the words "Errrgghhheerergghghrhfhgheehghghehhhhhhhhh......", before streams of molten chocolate dribbled from the sides of the late John Paul II's mouth.....I have not celebrated Easter, or eaten a single bite of chocolate since". A tragic end, to a blessed life. One can only guess at the erstwhile Pontiff's final words, possibly a salient, incisive message of peace, and unity, to all creeds, races and religions. John Paul II rest in peace, you've found your stairway to heaven. Further to your remarks, there is no second opinion that's going to convince me of the official "clap trap", my mind isn't brain washed by the tabloids, and the trash broadcast on television. The edit should stand, and in your heart you know it. No prob...thats why I am here buddy :), if you need my help again just give me a call. ~ <span style="color: 17:42, 5 February 2007 (UTC) Barnstar

Thanks! --Ginkgo100talk 20:58, 6 February 2007 (UTC) Your portalOkay it needs work ;), would you mind if I help out a little? I would be honored, first off there are different ways to do it. (1. Generally change the article once a week, change the picture once a month, and change the other things monthly (or sometimes weekly) (2. Get it going in an auto-rotation. This means that every time you refresh the page (or purge) new content will appear. This is rather difficult to do and we would need even more help. I would recomend you start simple...and then once the content gets created we can convert to the new style. Okay, easy enough? Good! First create a page to be the featured article (it doesn't have to be an FA but that would be nice, just pick something important...such as Risk! :). The page would be created as "Featured Article/February 7, 2007". And then include that into the portal. If you need anything else just call. ~ <span style="color: 13:45, 7 February 2007 (UTC)
