• We go by the information we have officially. If you look at the talk page of the season article, there is a large source list of all advisories issued on each storm. Hi there - Cyclonebiskit is correct in saying that Goni was only a Tropical Storm per JMA's Advisories. You will find copies of the English advisories issued by the JMA in here which clearly show that Goni was not a severe tropical storm at peak operationally in fact it didnt exceed minimal tropical storm strength of 35 knots. Yes i do have proof - the JMA say on page 66 on their ATCR, that this is the way they lay out their advisories. They also give us the offical codes which they release the advisories on. 1. Your actions constitute biting newbies. It is action like yours that chase away new editors from continuing to contribute.
2. None of the user's behaviour is vandalism. Creating an article on a university is not vandalism. It never was, it never is, and it never will.
3. Because of those 2 points above, you didn't assume good faith
4. And finally, don't template the regulars like me

Québecor

Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you recently tried to give Québecor a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into another page with a different name. This is known as a "cut and paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is legally required for attribution. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.

In most cases, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page. This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other pages that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Cut and paste move repair holding pen. Forces et Démocratie

While I didn't see that specific instance myself, I think that the current colour choice is the best, as blue is by far the dominant colour in the party's logo (as can be seen here). Hope that helps. Tholden28 (talk) 15:19, 26 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

From what I recall, party colours on Wikipedia are based on the party's logo as opposed to anything else. I think the House of Commons only chose to illustrate them in green because both the Conservatives and the Bloc Quebecois are in blue. Tholden28 (talk) 15:10, 31 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Personally, I'm in favour of keeping the colour as it is, due to the logo. That said, even if I did support changing the colour to green, it really wouldn't be up to me. Changing the colour would require a gerneral consensus. Because of this, it might be better to take this discussion to Template talk:Canadian party colour.
