With regard to Mr. Shaheed, I'm not exactly clear on what you are trying to do, and would appreciate a further explanation. With regard to the Kunjah article in general, I am in agreement with those who have tagged the article as needing cleanup. My biggest concern is that most of the article is not written from the neutral point of view that is expected of an encyclopedia article. Describing the town as "a perfect living place" is the stuff of travel brochures, not encyclopedias. Regardless of his undeniable heroism, describing Shaheed as the "Pride of Pakistan" is definitely not neutral, and proclaiming "May God Give him a place in the paradise for which He has promised for Shaheeds" is clearly inappropriate. I'd like to do a bit of editing of the article myself to try and address some of these concerns.
Thanks for your concern about my article.Make it as you like...but if something is wrong can i edit again???
Absolutely. Just keep in mind that one of the things Wikipedia is all about is the ability of anyone to make improvements--you created the article and you obviously have a great interest in making it the best it can be, but you don't own it. See you soon. --Finngalltalk18:20, 10 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I've added an opening line of the type that is standard for all articles, and I've rewritten the history section. I'll continue to work on it tomorrow. Thanks again. --Finngalltalk21:44, 10 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I've found an existing article for Shabbir Sharif. Since this article contains an excellent biography, I've removed the bio from the Kunjah article and replaced it with a link in the Notable Residents section. --Finngalltalk15:23, 11 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I've subdivided the "Fact and Figures" section into smaller sections that correspond with the standard divisions in other city articles. I've also recreated the Shabbir Sharif Shaheed article as a simple redirect to Shabbir Sharif. I've left out your city map for now--most articles do not require that level of detail, and it would be better if you created a version without your e-mail address scrawled across it. Thanks again. --Finngalltalk19:17, 11 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for your patience and understanding. Some people don't like it when other editors try to make improvements to "their" article, so I'm glad that you've been supportive of the people who have spent their time helping out on this one. Take care. --Finngalltalk19:12, 12 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

None at all. You can just go to any page, and click the "edit this page" link at the top, as you do to change this page. Nothing is required. You might want to read Wikipedia:Introduction, it's a great start. Matt/TheFearow(Talk)(Contribs)(Bot)07:36, 15 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
how can i use the pics or media uploaded to wikimedia commons here in wikipedia....{{Help me}}
Usually users do not watch their tags. Please ask the user, who added the tag, weather the article is ok now. I am sure, he will remove the tag or tell you, why he thinks, it shold stay.--Thw130912:55, 18 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for uploading Image:Major shabbir sharif.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot19:34, 18 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

how can i use the template of email me on my user page
All you need to do is to provide a link to Special:Emailuser/Adeelbutt88; you could format such a link as [[Special:Emailuser/Adeelbutt88|Email me]], for instance. --ais523 17:39, 20 July 2007 (UTC)
I'm afraid the Max Mosley image you uploaded is copyrighted, I believe to this website or the same owner. Even if you have edited a photo yourself, it does not mean that you take over the copyright. I advise you to read Wikipedia:Image use policy before uploading any more images, as only images you have taken or ones that are clearly released under an acceptable license can be used on wikipedia.--Diniz (talk) 17:34, 21 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I've found the link to the article the image was used in: [1]. As you can see, the image is copyrighted. As it is the first image of Mosley that comes up when Googled, and I guess that is how you found it, it is best to assume that an image is copyrighted until proven that it isn't, rather than the other way around.--Diniz (talk) 18:11, 21 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Well, looking at your contributions, you haven't uploaded many images, and the copyright violations are being deleted already, so I wouldn't worry about it too much. When I first started a Wikimedia Commons account, I uploaded several incorrectly-licensed photos by mistake, so I would consider this part of the learning process of a new(ish) wikipedian! :) The only way to get a free photo of Mosely would be to, as you say, take one yourself(!), or wait for someone else to do so and upload it to wikipedia. As wikipedia is becoming more and more popular, I would imagine that this will happen at some point.--Diniz (talk) 18:54, 21 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I know that TV screenshots are allowed in certain circumstances, but I'm not very familiar with the process. It would be a good idea to talk to an administrator who knows more about it than I do.--Diniz (talk) 16:40, 24 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Can it be counted
is there any template or tool with the help of which we can count that how many times a page has been visited?
Page counting is possible with MediaWiki, but it has been turned off on enwiki for performance reasons. So no, there is nothing you use to count it. --(Review Me) RParlateContribs@ (Let's Go Yankees!) 17:25, 22 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I would take a look at Wikipedia:Image use policy and also ask your question at the Village Pump where someone better qualified than me in dealing with images will be able to assist. My impression is that the broadcaster of the image that you have captured would own the copyright and unless they have given you express permission to upload it to Wikipedia or Commons then its use on this project would not be advisable. Someone else will be able to give you a more thorough explanation of image usage, though. Regards, (aeropagitica)17:40, 24 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Aspirin has been selected as this week's Pharmacology Collaboration of the Week! Please help us bring this article up to featured standards during the week. The goal is to nominate this at WP:FAC on September 10, 2007.
The Wikipedia:WikiProject Pharmacology main page has been updated and overhauled, to make it easier to find things, as well as to highlight other goals and announcements for the project.
Fvasconcellos notes that discussion is ongoing regarding the current wording of MEDMOS on including dosage information in drug articles. All input is welcome.
Here's a brief update in some of the recent developments of WikiProject Pharmacology!
Aspirin has just completed its two week run as the first Collaboration of the Week! Many thanks to those editors that contributed; the article got a lot of good work accomplished, and in particular, much work was done in fixing up the history section. It's still not quite "done" yet (is a wikipedia article really ever done?), but after two weeks I think it's more important to push onwards with the development of the new collaboration of the week program. I will be fixing up Aspirin in the next few days and possibly nominating it for either GA or FA status.
Muscle relaxant has been selected as the new Collaboration of the week until October 2, 2007! This article is currently rated as a "stub", so it's got quite a bit of work cut out for collaborators! Admittedly, featured status could be a long way off,... but still attainable! At the least, maybe we could at least get it up to meeting the Good article criteria? Please stop by the article and help improve it.
Resveratrol, having recently achieved GA status on August 16, 2007, is now making a run for featured status. This is quite a fascinating compound. If you can, please stop by its discussion page and leave comments in support of it.
Please remember that Wikipedia is not a forum for discussing or dispensing medical advice amongst users. Specifically, talk pages of articles should only be used to discuss improving the actual article in question. To help alleviate this situation, the template {{talkheader}} may be added to the top of talk pages, reminding users of the purpose of such pages. Additionally, unsigned comments and comments by anonymous users that are inappropriate may be removed from talk pages without being considered vandalism.
The Pharmacology Collaboration of the Week has been changed to Collaboration of the Month, based on current participation levels. It is also more likely that articles collaborated on for one month are more likely to achieve featured quality than articles worked on for only a week or two.

School leaving age
Hi I see you're from Pakistan and can speak english. I am trying to improve the article School leaving age. There is no data for Pakistan on here. I don't suppose you could tell me the school leaving age in Pakistan, thanks. --Bsrboy 14:48, 23 March 2008 (UTC)
Thanks for your contributions. I've added Pakistan to the map as age 14 for the school leaving age. I do not understand what you are trying to say in your edit to the article (I can fix spelling and grammatical errors). I have read some of the article on Education in Pakistan, but I can't make any sense of it. Try to be as simple and precise as you can. Don't make the notes for it too long (only put notes when they are needed). Thanks Bsrboy (talk) 15:50, 31 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Urdu Wikipedia
Dear friend,
You seem to be an active Wikipedian from Pakistan. We have an Urdu Wikipedia that needs all the help that it can get. Currently, we do not have many active users and we will really appreciate if you would consider becoming an active contributor. As you are already familiar with Wikipedia's style and rules, your presence would also help elevate the overall content quality.
The controversy is already extensively covered with more reliable sources. It doesn't need repeating.
please rephrase and add the following it's already been added to Criticism of Facebookany where you want in the facebook article.i have provided a valid link down here.
Facebook has allowed its users to celebrate an event named "draw mohammad day" in which people from all across the globe are invited to make drawings of "Muhammad" the spiritual leader 'prophet' is better, and already used of the Muslims. The event is thought by who to spark a new era of controversies and religious racism this is POV and WP:CRYSTALBALL. Being a social networking website having users from all around the world it doesn't, it's banned in places and from all religions need a source Facebook needed not to allow such an event your opinion.

Cochrane Collaboration is an independent medical nonprofit organization consisting of over 28,000 volunteers in more than 100 countries. The collaboration was formed to organize medical scholarship in a systematic way in the interests of evidence-based research: the group conducts systematic reviews of randomized controlled trials of health-care interventions, which it then publishes in the Cochrane Library.
Cochrane has generously agreed to give free, full-access accounts to 100 medical editors. Individual access would otherwise cost between $300 and $800 per account. Thank you Cochrane!
If you are stil active as a medical editor, come and sign up :)

Hi. The Wikipedia:WikiProject Asia/The 10,000 Challenge has recently started, based on the UK/Ireland Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge and Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The 10,000 Challenge. The idea is not to record every minor edit, but to create a momentum to motivate editors to produce good content improvements and creations and inspire people to work on more countries than they might otherwise work on. There's also the possibility of establishing smaller country or regional challenges for places like South East Asia, Japan/China or India etc, much like Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic). For this to really work we need diversity and exciting content and editors from a broad range of countries regularly contributing. At some stage we hope to run some contests to benefit Asian content, a destubathon perhaps, aimed at reducing the stub count would be a good place to start, based on the current Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon which has produced near 200 articles in just three days. If you would like to see this happening for Asia, and see potential in this attracting more interest and editors for the country/countries you work on please sign up and being contributing to the challenge! This is a way we can target every country of Asia, and steadily vastly improve the encyclopedia. We need numbers to make this work so consider signing up as a participant! Thank you. --Ser Amantio di NicolaoChe dicono a Signa?Lo dicono a Signa.01:00, 20 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
