Thanks for your consideration. Read more here! -Rimmel.Edits Talk 19:11, 3 November 2016 (UTC) About.com etcHi 3family6. I've just seen you load up some new sources at Albums and it reminded me that I've long, long meant to say a big thank-you for all that work you did, a couple of years back, to determine the reliability of each of About's music contributors. It's been a huge help to me to know that Robert Fontenot, for instance, is an acceptable source, because I often use his articles in Beatles GAs. Fantastic – oh, and thank you! What are the reasons for not being GA? I don't care about points or the GA cup but I would like to either improve it in case it's easy or reassess it, however for the latter I need to know the reasons. March Madness 2017G'day all, please be advised that throughout March 2017 the Military history Wikiproject is running its March Madness drive. This is a backlog drive that is focused on several key areas:
As with past Milhist drives, there are points awarded for working on articles in the targeted areas, with barnstars being awarded at the end for different levels of achievement. The drive is open to all Wikipedians, not just members of the Military history project, although only work on articles that fall (broadly) within the military history scope will be considered eligible. More information can be found here for those that are interested, and members can sign up as participants at that page also. The drive starts at 00:01 UTC on 1 March and runs until 23:59 UTC on 31 March 2017, so please sign up now. For the Milhist co-ordinators. Well done!Just wanted to drop by and give my appreciation for your work in getting Viking metal to FA status. It's particularly good to see the utilisation of all those academic sources. On a related note, the article devoted to Heathenry (new religious movement) is currently here at FAC, if you were at all interested at taking a look. All the best, Midnightblueowl (talk) 15:23, 1 March 2017 (UTC) Also here to praise what you did about the subject: "working on this article back in 2011, and, over time, became fascinated with the subject, came to enjoy the style of music, and delved into the scholarly research about Viking metal."! --Gerda Arendt (talk) 18:59, 1 March 2017 (UTC)

Shearonink (talk) 20:02, 13 March 2017 (UTC) question about GA talk pages & past ReviewsIn the course of participating in the GA Cup I have come across some articles that have past GA Reviews. Is it a matter of procedure/policy/guidelines to have these past Reviews linked to in the talkpage headers? Some of the talkpages don't have links - should I make sure they have them? At the moment I am Reviewing Bonville–Courtenay feud which had two previous aborted Reviews where the article was not failed but did not pass. I was thinking "article history" would suffice but then was wondering if there should even be any linkage to these malformed Reviews within the talkpage headers. Thanks, Shearonink (talk) 14:00, 20 March 2017 (UTC)
3family6, Soman has finally supplied a new hook for this nomination. Are you willing to return to your review and check the ALT1 hook, or should I find a new reviewer for the nomination.
