Still a work in progress. I decided to group them by their location relative to the I-81/I-90 Intersection (eg. four quadrents). I should get it done this week. newkai 01:09, 20 Mar 2005 (UTC)

These are nicely done. I noticed on some of them that the neighborhood in the article is highlighted, to show its geographical relation to the others. You also list populations for some of these neighborhoods, but I'm unclear where you find that specific information? It seems desirable to finish these for all of the city neighborhoods. Incidentally, are these neighborhoods as designated by the city in some way?
