Is the Tamil Makkal Viduthalai Pulikal represented in Parliament? Karuna was appointed as a National List MP for the UPFA, not TMVP. He is now a card carrying member of the SLFP. No one has ever cast a vote for the TMVP or Karuna to represent them in Parliament.
