yes, Canadian branches are part of international organizations, but groups such as those in BC are very much home-grown and composed of Canadian citizens. Seeing them in the "foreign groups" part of this template isn't really right. Maybe that could be title "international organizations with Canadian chapters"? Same would apply to the Chinese gangs and the others there, except maybe the Crips and Bloods, unless there are Canadian groups within them.Skookum1 (talk) 11:46, 12 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
