For anyone who is curious, the order of this template is generally chronological.

The first line of "People" (the slain missionaries) are listed by their arrival in Ecuador. Saint – 1948, Elliot and Fleming – February 1952 (both arrived at the same time, but Elliot is more prominent), McCully – December 1952, and Youderian – 1953.

The second line of "People" is roughly ordered by age and by prominence, but are also grouped by family.

"Places" are listed geographically from west to east.

"Books" and "Films" are strictly chronological.
